This company is terrible to deal with. We were totally unaware when we placed our first order that we would automatically get monthly deliveries and charges thereafter. They say on their website we can alter this via “Manage your Account” but it just does not work. We’ve emailed their support@ address twice and get no reply.
So we’ve now had 2-3 deliveries and charges we do not want.
Be extremely careful with this business.

This is a scam. The product is not as advertised, it does not work, they put you on a subscription, even though you have not signed up for one. They do not follow through with refunds. I have had my bank place a stop payment on any further credit card charges from them.
Where are the police on this?

The product doesnt work, the company never made it clear I was opting into a subscription service, Ive emailed rhem twice to stop any future orders and you never get a reply, I am now going onto my bank to block any future payments from drowzen and demand a full refund for the last order which is currently on route and I have never requested this order, do not use this company, it is a scam.

Drowzen lead you to believe that their product contains melatonin. It does not and once you have subscribed to them, it’s impossible to extricate yourself from them. They never respond to any correspondence by email and there is no phone number or address. Do not use them

I intended to purchase a single pack of patches for £21.95, but was instead charged £58.55 and sent three packs. Shortly after, a further £58.55 was taken from my account for a “subscription” I neither knowingly selected nor authorised. This points to a highly misleading purchasing process.

The product itself does not match its advertised claims. The website states the patches contain melatonin, valerian root, hops extract, and magnesium malate. However, the patches I received list lavender oil as the active ingredient. Not only was the product ineffective it also fails to reflect what was marketed.

I requested a full refund under their heavily advertised 90-day risk free guarantee, along with a refund for the unauthorised second order, and immediate cancellation of the subscription.

What followed was:
> Ignored emails for days
> A partial refund of 30% on the original order
> A full refund on the unwanted subscription order following a lengthy email campaign.

Please note that the complaint department number is my personal number. I have nothing to do with this company. I have been bombarded with phone calls, mainly angry voicemails! I am from Canada and have no ties to this fraudulent company! Please don't call 647 269 3748. Thank you and I highly recommend you contact your credit card to report this!

Third review! I got hold of my bank as per my previous reviews and they requested a full refund from Drowzen, which I got and I thought that was the end of it! BUT they are now trying to take more money out of my card. Fortunately the bank has blocked them (I think) and the payment did not go through. This company is a total scam!

This is a scam. They sent me another pack of patches without me ordering them. Same experience as somebody earlier. I have emailed them but had no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased sleep patches that were advertised as containing melatonin, valerian root, hops extract and magnesium malate. What I received were sleep patches with lavender oil as the active ingredient. I emailed the company on receipt and received no response. I then was notified of a second shipment (I had been subscribed unwittingly). I emailed attempting to cancel the shipment and subscription and again no response. I received the second shipment and again the active ingredient was lavender oil. I have emailed them a total of six times between 10/2/2026 and 16/3/26 with no response. I've had to raise disputed transactions with my bank and have my credit card cancelled. This situation has definitely not helped my sleep

It’s a scam, the product does not work, they charge you double, sneakily sign you up to a subscription and do not honour their 90 day guarantee.

I am on a subscription I didn't know about. They won't respond to my emails. I want my money back. I want them to stop sending me a product that doesn't work. Its a dodgy scam!

Kim from customer support was amazing when I had a few questions, and the patches work great!!

These patches gave me a very bad rash - I emailed for a refund as they promise this. No response. I then get an email saying that I have another order coming - from a subscription - I did not sign up for - and when I go on to cancel I can not cancel on the website. SO DODGY.

This is a con the product is rubbish and they sign you up to a subscription without you knowing it and then they don’t respond to requests to cancel I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and stop this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the patches that do not work, they automatically sent the goods again a month later, I do not remember signing up for subscription!! As soon as I received the email confirming my order was received I email them to cancel but they despatched anyway. I have contacted them asking to cancel 3 times with no response. I have had to contact my bank to ensure they do not get paid again. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company
