Misleading Return Policy and Lack of Transparency
I purchased flea and tick collar from Dr. Paws believing it was a U.S.-based product, as the branding and presentation strongly suggest. From the shipping tracking report I noticed it was coming from China. After receiving the item, I discovered it was shipped from Florida but appears to be imported and redistributed, with no clear disclosure of its actual manufacturing origin.
When I contacted the company about a return, I was told the item would need to be shipped back to China, despite the fact that it was shipped to me from within the United States. This was not disclosed prior to purchase and makes the advertised “30-day money-back guarantee” impractical.
Additionally, the product packaging does not clearly list active ingredients, which is concerning for something intended for use on pets.
I’m sharing this so other consumers can make an informed decision. Transparency matters, especially for pet products.
