Bestellen sonst beim LFP-Store, dieser hat allerdings im Moment Betriebsferien, weshalb wir auf diesen Shop ausweichen mussten. Nach der Bestellung wurde die Sendungsnummer zwar erst auf Nachfrage übermittelt, jedoch erfolgte der Versand dann überraschend schnell - Soweit positiv und auf die Nachfrage wurde auch flott reagiert. ABER: Ein Set aus 9 Patronen wurde bestellt und nur 8 wurden geliefert. auf mehrmalige Nachfrage keine Reaktion wann die fehlende Patrone nachgeliefert wird. Dieser Shop ist nicht vertrauenserweckend.
Ordered refillable cartridges without checking trust pilot then emailed about delivery times and heard nothing back.
I was starting to get freaked out after reading the reviews so emailed them again stating that I was going to cancel payment on PayPal if they didn’t send me the tracking number for delivery. They sent me the tracking number and all the delivery information that day and it was already nearly delivered.
Came within a week and couldn’t rate them any better!
Just order if you have a lot of time, additional funds and willing to involve court of law.
Unfortunately I ordered some good middle of January this year, received the invoice but did not receive
goods, no tracking number and no answers to my emails.
No goods nor answer after several registered letters with shipping deadline and withdrawal from the contract.
I decided then to issue a court order via the European Payment Order, which does not require
a lawyer, because it doesn't pay off for smaller amounts.
With that, the goods were finally shipped and received and I had just to request the payment of the court expenses and that I received as well.
However, was for sure my first and last order there.
Wir haben im Juni 2024 einen Recycelten Druckopf gekauft. Dieser war jedoch defekt b.z.w. wurde von der Maschine als defekt nicht angenommen. Kann ja mal vorkommen. Druckkopf mit der Bitte um Umtausch oder Rückzahlung zurückgesendet. Sämtliche E-mails blieben unbeantwortet. Telefonische Zusagen blieben im nachhinein auch erfolglos. Sehr schlechtes Geschäftsverhältnis. Es gibt viele andere gute Shops mit denen wir seit Jahren gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben, aber nie wieder arici inkjet.
Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nur sehr ungerne, möchte den Ärger jetzt nach einem halben Jahr aber jetzt hiermit beenden.
Sehr unfreundlich am Telefon, und hat schlechte Rezessionen löschen lassen🤔 das sagt eigentlich schon alles
Be careful, this is a scammer. I ordered a printhead service and it never arrived. I opened a case against them and got my money back, but I lost my old printhead.
Achtung: BETRUG! Der Verkäufer hat keine Ware versendet bzw. sich stets geweigert, einen Tracking-Link preis zu geben. Weiters antwortete er kaum bzw. nur sehr ausweichend ("Werde mich gleich darum kümmern...") auf meine zahlreichen E-Mails und Whats-App-Nachrichten. Zum Glück hab ich mittels PayPal bezahlt, so dass ich mein Geld zurück erhalte.
Vor 14 Tagen bestellt, bekam aber bis dato keine Ware. Man bekommt weder per Mail noch telefonisch eine Antwort. Nun werde ich dem ganzen intensiver nachgehen und auch meinen Anwalt dazu einschalten, solche Gaunerei ist inakzeptabel und muss Konsequenzen haben!
These people are scammers. You place an order, you chase them up they don't answer their calls or respond to emails. They think you just will give up. However luckily I ordered using PayPal and they got my money back almost immediately after I provided them with copies of all the emails I had written, If you ring them and leave a voicemail you never hear anything back from them. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!!!! Sadly have given one star but they deserve no star

Ware bestellt,bekommen hatte ich etwas was nicht kompatibel war. Seltsame Verpackung. Antwortet kaum auf meine Fragen. Nach etlichen Emails und Androhung eines Anwalts bekam ich endlich mein Geld zurück!!!! Nie mehr wieder bei dem bestellen. Mein tip.
Ink supplied didn't work and blocked 2 printheads, very expensive mistake
Have ordered twice now. Both times expensive ink. Not had any issue with delivery, quality or quantity.
The delivery has been quick, less than 1 week to the UK.
I am just about to place another order.

Beide Male teure Tinte. Hatte keine Probleme mit Lieferung, Qualität oder Quantität.
Die Lieferung war schnell, weniger als 1 Woche nach Großbritannien.
Ich bin gerade dabei, eine weitere Bestellung aufzugeben.

i orderd appropriate ink, but my printer is not working with it. I havent shaked it, so maybe i caused the issue.
Be careful:
1) If you need support, you usually wait 3-8 weeks for an answer
2) buy only products for which you do not need instructions. For example, if you buy a special refilling ink set, then you probably need a manual. Unfortunately, this Shop is not able to send you all the required documents.
My recommendation: keep far away.
An important addition:
After placing an order, it may take months to receive the goods - but they are actually shipped. Therefore, this shop is not a fake.
I ordered refill ink from Arici. When I didn't hear from them after I placed my order I thought I was being scammed. So only then did I see if I could find any reviews on the internet. I did and most of them weren't very good. So I wasn't optimistic about my order, but it was a good thing I didn't see the reviews first or I would never have placed my order with them. Turned out their confirmation mail regarding my order ended up in the mailbox "Unwanted". Happens sometimes, but I didn't immediately think of it. All turned out well. I live in Holland and my order was delivered within a week. So I can say that all things considered I am very satisfied about my order with Arici. Of course I'm only one person and it could still be that they handled many other people's orders badly. But again, they handled my order correctly and within a reasonble timeframe of a week, considering I ordered from the Netherlands and they are situated in Germany. Well done Arici.
I purchased Empty Refillable Cartridges with Auto Reset Chips for a new Epson XP-15000 Printer from arici inkjet druckerpatronentankstellen.de and received the item plus syringes on 13th May.
I sent them the following email on the 13th:

I received your order and discovered that the cartridges were for a similar printer — not the XP-15000
The colours on it were BL, M, Y, LM, LC, C and instead of the LM and LC should be Red and Grey.
I proceeded to fill them with ink and use the Red and Grey instead of LM and LC but the printer will not print
— I think the only way for it to work is to either change the cartridges or to change the chips on the LM and LC.
As it is at the moment the cartridges are of no use. You had even sent me a pic of the correct cartridge (attached).

I forwarded the email below on the 6th pleading for the replacement of two Auto Reset Chips plus corresponding labels but to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply from you. Please let me know by return if you intend to replace them OR when you are going to replace them. If you are not I will return the remainder of the empty cartridges and seek a full refund.
