Für Ersatzteile die auf fehlerhafte Chargen (Auskunft Drum Tec) zurück zu führen sind, sollte man nicht noch teures Geld - ein Centartikel - für die Ersatzlieferung verlangen.
Selbst wenn wir über der Garantiezeit sind, die Teile hatten nun mal ihren Preis.
War ich bisher zumindest von Drum Tec so nicht gewöhnt.

schade, dass du nach deinen (anscheinend) sehr guten Erfahrungen mit drum-tec, nun so eine Erfahrung mit uns gemacht hast.
Gerade wenn’s um irgendwelche Ersatz-Teile geht, fühlt sich das natürlich mies an, wenn dann trotzdem Kosten für die Ersatzlieferung auflaufen – erst recht bei Cent-Artikeln.
Leider kann ich den konkreten Fall jetzt nicht nachvollziehen, manchmal sind irgendwelche Cent-Artikel trotzdem als Ersatzteile für uns richtig teuer im Einkauf, aber das weiß ich für diesen Fall leider gerade nicht...
Wir wünschen uns sehr, dass du uns noch eine Chance gibst und beim nächsten Mal wieder eine richtig gute Erfahrung machst..

Good service, but not all products are great
I’ve ordered two times from this store and have been very happy with the service. No complaints there.
However, some of the products, specifically those from the drum-tec brand, or no name brands are really poor. I had a stick bag that was too small for any normal stick, a multi clamp with really rough, serrated and sharp metal edges and cymbal felts with holes that don’t fit around the plastic protector you put over a cymbal thread.
Even worse, I placed (negative) reviews on the product pages on their site, but after about 2 months they are still not published, and likely never will.
However, returning these products was totally hassle-free, so I’m not too mad.

Kauf DrumSet - Perfektes Kauferlebnis
Selten so eine guten Beratung erhalten. Ich bin zunächst mal über 200 km nach Hessisch-Oldendorf gefahren. Vorher kurz einen Termin mit Marcel Berger abgestimmt und dann dahin. Die weite Anreise hat sich für mich voll gelohnt und das obwohl ich Köln und Düsseldorf mit größeren Musikgeschäften in der Nähe habe. Die Beratung von Marcel Berger war bei der Terminabsprache super, während meines Aufenthalts richtig gut und auch bei Fragen nach dem Kauf hervorragend. Er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und bietet Hilfe an. Per Mail und Fotos wurden Tipps zum DrumSet gegeben. Ich war längere Zeit in dem sehr ansprechenden Geschäft in Hessisch Oldendorf, konnte ganz in Ruhe diverse Drumsets ausprobieren. Einfach ein sehr, sehr gutes Kauferlebnis. Toller Verkäufer/Berater/Typ. Unkomplizierter Kaufvorgang. Schnelle Lieferung.

Also erstmal Hut ab. Mittwoch bestellt Donnerstag da. Leider hatte ich das falsche Drumset bestellt. Also Paket abgelehnt. 4 Tage später war das Geld zurück und ich konnte das richtige bestellen. Auch bei der 2. Bestellung Dienstag bestellt Mittwoch da. Unglaublich effektiv. Ihr seid spitze. Mfg ein mehr als zufriedener Kunde.

A lot to improve in customer service
The first good impression (quick presentation of the offer, technical answers, etc.) was diluted by minimal/numb responses with each subsequent day after paying for the order.
Among others I wanted to continue the conversation with the person "responsible" for my order and twice I received no response for several days.
When I called, it turned out that the person was on vacation. Is it so hard to set up an automatic reply? Apparently so. Now all I have to do is pray that the drums I bought will never be returned under warranty, because I can't even imagine writing e-mails with these guys
Maybe it's just cultural differences. I wasn't born in Germany, I don't live in Germany, so I expected a slightly warmer dialogue. Well maybe it's just my expectations?

thanks for taking the time to write this — and sorry you were left hanging after payment. That’s on us. If someone responsible for an order is out (vacation or otherwise), you should never have to “guess” why replies stop, and an automatic out-of-office + clear handover is the bare minimum. We didn’t meet that standard here.
We also hear you on tone: we aim to be clear and helpful, but it should still feel human and welcoming — especially when you’re spending serious money on a kit.
On the warranty point: you shouldn’t have to worry. If anything ever comes up, we handle warranty/returns through a structured process with clear next steps, and someone will always take ownership of the case.
Thanks again for the honest feedback — we’ll use it to improve.

Nice company until you have problems with their products.
In case you find yourself with a defective product, then you will be left with the most stupid solutions you may think of.
In my case, a pair of defective headphones. The solution was for me do drive 40km to send back the product to Germany. After arriving, Drum Tec would send them to warranty while I would wait for repair(of a pair of headphones i never used) and then wait for another week to have them in Portugal.
Absolutely outrageous. I should have bought my headphones from Amazon which has stellar customer service.
I wil never buy a bolt from Drum Tec again in my life.
PS - being sorry does not make up for the fact I have a pair of useless headphones I paid for and was never able to use.

I recently purchased a 14" pro snare…
I recently purchased a 14" pro snare from drum-tec . I already have a Roland pd140 snare . which has been a disappointment to say the least I have tried for two years in vain to rid this drum of hotspots Nothing has worked . So I decided to try a pro as it was a reasonable price although not Digital as with the Roland . The drum arrived in reasonable time given the U.K. is now outside the single market . Remarkably this drum functioned perfectly out of the box detecting grace notes and no hotspots No adjustment was needed to the velocity or sensitivity whatsoever. I have waited a week to be sure and have also used it at a live gig . Bearing in mind this is not drum-tech's most advanced drum I find the performance of this drum incredible and to be honest indistinguishable from an acoustic drum . The Roland pd is no where near drum-tec pro . I will not discount the possibility the Roland has been faulty out of the Box . But I will never purchase anything other than drum-tec in the future . The fact that the pro worked out of the box demonstrates that the problem with the Roland was in the drum and not the module settings . I would not hesitate to recommend drum-tec .

We’re really happy to hear the 14" drum-tec pro 3 snare worked perfectly right out of the box — especially with no hotspots and with grace notes translating naturally, both at home and on a live gig. That “plug in and just play” experience is exactly what we aim for.

Ordered a drum module cymbal and snare pad in two deliveries. Both were send the same day and delivered the next day to the netherlands. Product questioned I had were answered quickly by email.

En général de bon produits parfois…
En général de bon produits parfois moins cher que la concurrence. L'intérêt est que le site est complètement dédié aux batteries électroniques. En revanche se mefiez des avis portés sur les produits, le sites ecarte de principe tous les avis négatifs sur leur produit..( quand bien même il ne s'agit ni de spam, ni de contenu inapproprié et ni de doublon), mais bien la critique de produits de qualité jugée insatisfaisante.

Concernant les avis produits : on comprend totalement que ça puisse donner une mauvaise impression. Ce n’est pas notre intention d’“écarter de principe” les avis négatifs. Il existe une modération (anti-spam, contenus inappropriés, doublons, etc.), mais les retours critiques et constructifs ont leur place — ils nous aident à améliorer les produits et ils aident aussi les autres batteurs à choisir.
Merci d’avoir soulevé le point : on le prend au sérieux et on va le revoir en interne pour s’assurer que le processus soit plus clair et plus équilibré.

Dreadful experience/customer service
Long story short, order one product and received another. They then tried to claim it was my fault and held me to ransom, wanting additional money until they released the right product. Kinda smells of a scam if I'm completely honest.
Despite paying the [discounted] additional cost, the product (Real Acoustic Drums) is of poor quality and would not recommend. Went for another product from an alternative vendor that was as expected.
Another company where money > customer service/relations.
