This is Ranjan Sahu (Age 47) from Pune who retired from Indian Air Force in 2016. Being a soldier I was very much interested in fitness and disciplined life however after my retirement, I lost both as thought retired life ka bhi mazza lena chaiye . I appreciated the variety of his workout on all days with different specialized coaches which nobody knows as far as my experience. SBTC community is really helpful for my fitness and staying fit. In addition to fitness, SBTC shares a depth plan for having good health with proper management of diet. In short we can say SBTC hai toh sab AASAN hai..
