Arrives quickly and glass vials are never broken
For over a year, each month I order the Quinton Marine Plasma that are in glass vials. They arrive quickly and unbroken every time. Only downside is for the glass vials to remain unbroken they send Styrofoam peanuts in the box and occasionally corn starch peanuts. I wish it was always corn starch so I could compost them. The Styrofoam peanuts aren't easy to get recycled. I love that they frequently send a free pen in the box. The pens are of a good quality and quite colorful.

Our shipping team packages all of our orders carefully, but there's no product that gets as much careful packing as the Quinton Marine Plasma. Every precaution is taken to protect the glass vials and we're happy that they always get to you safely. The environment is important to us and we were not aware that the cornstarch peanuts are easy to compost compared to the Styrofoam ones. We will be looking into using those more regularly and ideally replacing the Styrofoam ones with those completely! We're glad to hear you like the pens and wish you the best!

Easy Online Ordering at a Great Price
I was very pleased with the online ordering process, and was able to find and order what I needed quickly online. I chose the standard shipping, and my order arrived in a few days via Postal Service, and was well packed and exactly what I had ordered. A key piece I always look for is prompt and detailed order confirmation and invoicing when ordering online, and both were present with confirmation emails sent for each step (Order Received, Processing, Shipping, etc.)

Where are my results?
I ordered a $100 heavy metal test from DR Vitamin Solutions. The test arrived. I did my part and mailed it into Doctor's Data, but have not gotten any results back from DR Vitamin Soultions. It's been several weeks.

Doctor's Data tests do take some time between when they are ordered, arrive at the customer's address, the customer takes the test and mails it back, the results are processed by the lab, and results can finally be sent back to you. The average time between ordering the test and receiving results is 3 weeks, and this is the third week since your order was placed. In checking your order we've found that your results were mailed out on Monday the 8th of this month and are scheduled to be delivered today. In the meantime we have emailed you a digital copy of your results and apologize for the length of time this process takes. Often we can obtain a digital version of the results from Doctor's Data to help you see your results faster and will send them on request. We encourage customers to contact us if they feel their orders or results are taking too long and we will do everything we can to find and resolve any problems.
