Total scam. Weeks after placing my order I still hadn’t received my product so I reached out to the company. They told me that there had been a problem with delivery and I had to go to the post office and ask for it. Are you kidding me? They admitted that that was not a good process, but said that there was no recourse and that that they could not offer me a refund. So they took my money, did not deliver a product and will not refund me. Total scam. They should be ashamed of themselves
Reply to their reply. I cannot waste any more of my time trying to buy this product. I ordered it, it didn’t arrive, and I have had five email exchanges with Chris from customer support that do not go anywhere. He told me to go to the post office and ask for it and then when I said that that was ridiculous, he told me there was nothing they could do and no refund was available. I own three e-commerce businesses and I would never tell the customer it is their job to try and go track down a missing shipment. Nor would I ever deny a refund in this situation. Total scam! Won’t refund my money. Wasted a lot of of my time. Could not recommend less. I am not going to contact customer service per your suggestion because I have been in touch with customer service five times and they have been unable to help and unwilling to process my refund. Don’t make it sound like that is the solution, and again, I should not be having to spend this much time to make a purchase. Do not ask for any more of my time or money. I don’t even want the product anymore. Refund me immediately.
UPDATE. My apologies. Same name, same product type but I believe you are right that it is a different company. Just wanted you to see this, then I will delete my review. I certainly do not want to leave a poor review for the wrong company.

I finally filled a claim with my credit card and they discovered you delivered it to Michigan not Mississippi which is my address on your records! So, I paid for nothing. I will make sure I will give NovaMD a bad review whenever possible. Your customer service is a joke!

I was sent some one's prescription after they had it for 2 years 2024
It worked for hot flashes and mood swings but they don't send an invoice, receipt, notice of subscription, tracking number. I haven't received my subscription in over two months, I have no customer service number to go by, no one answers the phone, the live chat doesn't work. I have no clue if I'm still being charged. Good product but Worst customer service and communication i have ever experienced. It's like they want to go out of business.

Terrible! They sent three jars in one month. Please send me a notice to Mdeces@ aol.com on how to stop getting charged for items not ordered by me.
Just like a prior reviewer, I have received the product for 3 months although I had no knowledge an order would result in a subscription. I have tried to respond to emails you send to cancel all further orders. I have attempted to contact this company through the "contact" site listed on the internet to cancel all further orders. Now you have charged me another time and I will receive the product shortly. I do not want it. This company has very poor communication and cancellation policies.

I ordered it once and keep getting charged for another one that was not ordered. i have canceled and got another one that I did not order Please cancel. I canceled after I received the first order!

I only purchased a ONE TIME ORDER of the serum and yet I keep getting more delivered, I tried leaving emails but don't get a response back, I absolutely DO NOT want to keep getting anymore!!! WHAT DO I DO ???

I have only used the product for a short time so it is to soon to tell if it is working. I do appreciate that the application is smooth and not greasy and there is no harsh fragrance.
When there was a problem with my order, it was resolved accurately and completely.

The cream is smooth and felt deliciously exotic when I applied it. It gave my face a healthy glow and decreased the creases a little bit. It gave me a “well rested” look. I love it and am excited to try it for a few months to see what it does for me.

I started using the Hydronova serum and developed itching. I had to stop using it. I called to send it back and they told me that I didn't have to and refund my money. To my surprise they kept charging me every month until I had to call the Bank and close my account.

Hydro nova advertises they’ll give you a 30 day moneyback guarantee. I received an AutoShip every month for the last three months wasn’t sure why I was getting this cream in the mail. There’s no invoice. No one can tell me how it was ordered when I called for my third bottle to be Refunded because I had just gotten it that day I was told I would not get a full refund. I would get $9.62 although they charged my credit card $32 for that cream I cannot talk to any managers at their business that answer the phone , you get nowhere bad bad bad business

I used two of these and my skin does not look any better at all. Very disappointed. Dried my skin out too much and made my wrinkles look worse..

The vitamin c serum is very smooth and it absorbs immediately into the skin.
Weather it makes a difference it is yet to be seen.

I gave 3 stars because I can't yet give an honest review. At this time I've only had the product for 6 days. It does make my face feel smooth, but I don't see changes as of today.
