I use Dr Weightmans for my weight loss medication, not only have they been prompt, on time and a great price, they also helped me greatly when I had identification issues and responded quickly and dealt with my issue, they have been nothing short of amazing.

Proceed carefully, if you don't have a passport or driving licence (like many people) contact them first before doing anything . . . otherwise you will go though through the whole process, online consultation, product selection, entering all your details, and paying, all the way up to the money leaving your bank . . .

. . . .*only then* . . . you will find out that can't proceed any further (even though you've already paid) unless you supply an image of either your passport or driving licence.

And if you don't drive (that's ~1 in 4 of us) and don't have a current passport (1 in 5), you appear to be trapped, you won't get your order, there’s no obvious way to proceed, no obvious way to cancel the order - and more worryingly for an online business - no obvious way to call them, you are free to try the supplied number, within the specified business hours, but don’t expect anyone to answer the phone. I repeatedly tried for an hour.

You are given no warning about this additional stage, even the Terms of Service doesn't mention the specific requirement to have either a passport or driving licence.

Anyway . . . conclusion . . . proceed carefully, if you find yourself stuck in this trap, email them, leave a message on their answering machine, they might not answer the phone or respond, but wait a day or two and - as they did with me - they should eventually get back to you, so a legitimate company, who sound like they are willing to resolve issues, but overall a very frustrating experience, set up in a way that’s like to catch out many people.

Love that they don’t do referral schemes so that everyone can benefit from lower prices, and they aren’t greedy! Respond very quickly to any questions I have asked and dealt with my prescriptions efficiently with next day delivery that actually delivers the next day. And you can collect from their pharmacy too. I haven’t a bad word to say about them.
