What a company and what high quality items so far I have had 2 harnesses and 2 fleece outfits for my whippet pup absolutely amazing quality fit and great service all round I will be making more purchases very soon thank you dry dogs xx

New collar, which we have had before. Great service and product.

Have purchased the majority of our Whippets clothing and bed from Dry Dogs, have never once been disappointed with the quality of product or the customer service offered. Buy with confidence.

I have ordered a few things from Dry Dogs and the service has always been great . The products are of a high standard and lovely colour choices. I would highly recommend them .

I always buy my Whippet Belles coat from Drydogs and they are first class.

I ordered a collar for my dog and she was not happy in it. I rang Drydogs and they immediately offered to exchange it for another. I returned the original and, a couple of days later, the new one arrived. No paperwork involved. Fantastic service and great people to deal with.

The coat fits my dachshund beautifully. It keeps her nice and warm.

I have recently purchased a second coat for my 14 month old whippet Skye. I bought the first one in November and it’s been great throughout the cold wet winter. I’ve bought a beautiful Savanna coat which is colourful and has a striking zebra pattern. It’s perfect for cooler spring days. I would definitely recommend Dry Dogs for well made and top quality dog clothing and accessories.

Lucky enough to be able to visit DryDogs in person to have our newly adopted Portuguese Podengo mix Pudim fitted with a harness and coat. Everyone was so friendly and were great at helping choose the right harness (escape proof) and a great Savanna Sighthound coat. They took the time to get the right fit for her (and for her to grow into) and I think the items were good value for money. It's clear that they all really love dogs of all sorts and they treat your dog, like it is their own.

Size guide for Nordic coat is either out by 6inches or the product wasn’t consistent with the guide as my dog with a 33” neck to tail measurement fits with plenty of room in a 27” coat.

You’re expected to pay postage for their error but as with many other customers, you get told it’s fair because they split the costs. It’s not the customers fault the guide is wrong so it is inevitable. Do yourselves a favour and accept feedback or stop selling stock that has to be returned.

Second coat was not quality checked and arrived damaged (not marked), although they pay for return the communication is slow (had to chase twice) and when providing feedback you get a passive aggressive response from the general manager. Reading other reviews they harp on about being a family run business as the cause of delays and being very busy. That’s literally not customers fault or concern.

I just want the item I paid for and not told I can’t measure probably and that dogs are different sizes because I don’t consider myself stupid.

Due to my honest feedback, the general manager gets even more passive aggressive and recommended I don’t shop with them and will just refund me as I won’t be happy with the product. She is sorry I feel the way I do, even though she has caused the problems. Customers are at the mercy of them by giving inaccurate measurements, no quality checks and replying with sharp halfhearted responses that need to be chased.

Easier to shop with Amazon and receive an impersonal service without the attitude and cost of return. What’s the point in supporting family run businesses when they think the customer is at fault as soon as feedback is given.

Bought my lovely dog coat from Dry Dogs. Very pleased with purchase. Coat is waterproof and fits my German Shorthaired Pointer perfectly. I ordered a large. Would buy from them again.

Bought a great martingale collar for our 5 month old whippet puppy! Such good quality and the brass fittings are gorgeous. At first it was a bit big for him and he would put his front paw through the martingale loop when he walked as it would hang down when sniffing but now he’s grown a bit that doesn’t happen. Only problem is how hard it is to get off when the fabric gets wet/sandy, think we may need a separate outdoorsy collar for the beach and then use this for his nice days out. really lovely product and would buy again! We also bought a matching lead because why not have the full set. Have already ordered his next collar from them too!

Review: So I ordered the wrong size at first for my springer spaniel. When it arrived it was too big and the clip was broken. Rang up and they sent the next size down straight away with out question and didn’t need me to send back the other one. The smaller size was delivered in a couple of days and fits perfectly. Such good quality too. And great customer service

Just received and fitted ours to our new rescue Lurcher… after a couple of reversing/escaping episodes out on the plain from his hand me down harness, very pleased with how secure the third strap makes this….

Bought 2 harnesses for our greyhounds. The best to buy. Very easy to order and delivery as stated. Definitely recommend drydogs.

I ordered a soft shell storm guard coat for my dog which I had an issue with but they were very good and efficient at getting it sorted. Well done.
I will buy from them again.

Ordered a 2XL 3in1 waterproof coat for my male retriever and the fit was perfect. It arrived within a few days of ordering and the quality was excellent. We do a lot of hiking and this coat keeps him warm and dry and it washes really well. Would defo recommend!
