Excellent customer service…When a product I ordered arrived…
When a product I ordered arrived faulty, the customer service team were excellent in helping me. At first it looked like the product supplier wasn’t going to help. I spoke with the manager (Jon), who assured me that if the supplier would not help, then they as a company would make sure I was looked after. They kept me updated and got it sorted. Excellent service.

What was the result if this
One of the items I purchased columbia flat surface mud runner came in a plastic bag I believe not to be original packaging and with scratches and a dent on machined finished finishing edge....
This was not a packaging fault as alll items where securly fixed with tape inside box..
