Worst socks ever!!
If I could give a zero star I would. These socks are so poorly made I would not recommend to anyone, ever. I wore a pair for a long walk yesterday and the rest of the day and most likely the week are going to be offer due to the massive blisters I have on my heels and bottom of my feet. How can socks be so poorly made that you have to throw them away after 1 wear. Plus the inside of my shoes is covered in blood.

Your order may end up with nothing
After placing an order, I received a confirmation, but 10 days later, I received an email from the company stating that they were unable to produce the order. Although I eventually received a full refund, it was a waste of time waiting for the order to be cancelled, especially when I needed it for a specific occasion.

De sokken zijn veel en veels te groot. Lijkt wel maat 53 i.p.v. 41-43.
Bovendien kun je niet bellen met klantenservice en email hello@dstinctive werkte ook niet.

Geen zorgen jouw mail is goed aangekomen en inmiddels beantwoord.
Het klopt inderdaad dat de sokken bij ontvangst te groot kunnen lijken, dit komt door ons duurzame productie beleid. De sokken bevatten namelijk elastaan om de mooie stretch en juiste pasvorm te behouden. Elastaan moet echter eerst gewassen worden om perfect op je voet aan te sluiten. We vermelden daarom ook op onze productverpakking "for a perfect fit, wash me first". Maar het kan natuurlijk dat dit niet duidelijk genoeg is overgekomen.
De oplossing is eerst even de sokken te wassen (op 30 graden), daarna moeten ze perfect passen.
De reden dat we dit doen is omdat wij sokken per paar uniek produceren, omdat elk paar sokken bij ons anders is. We kiezen ervoor om samen met jou duizenden liters water per week te besparen door de ontvanger te vragen zelf de sokken even mee te nemen in de gewone was. Zo dragen we ons steentje bij aan het terugbrengen van de verspilling in de mode industrie. Don't buy this
The size of the socks is way too big and does not correspond to the sizes I have ordered. And the knitting of the names and logos is nice on one sock and on the other sock it looks like something went wrong..
The gift box I paid for as an 'extra' was also damaged. Will not buy here again.

Regarding the sizing: we produce your socks sustainably by reducing waste as much as possible. This also means we skip the pre-wash of the socks which normally shrinks the elastane in the sock to the correct size. By asking customers to wash the socks prior to wearing themselves, we save thousands of liters of water yearly. We guarantee that the socks will fit perfectly after the first wash.
