Never give anything 5 star but my DT box experience comes really close. Crate well constructed and fits Kia Niro perfectly. Delivery date was as expected. Crate came well packed and on a pallet.... Ver más

Great product, easy to order, would recommend

Really easy to order and select the correct product based upon your car model. I decided after the initial order that I wanted to add the additional rear escape hatches and it was reallg easy for them to send over a supplementary invoice for the balance to update the order.
The items arrived in a timely manner, much quicker than I had expected coming from NI, my husband installed the box without any issues and the dogs are so much more settled in there than they ever were in the standard metal crates.

So pleased we have made this investment. DT Boxes were recommended by our breeder who has a similar style, really pleased with the quality and durability of the whole product.

Great

Delivered quicker than indicated which was nice, box is great dogs love it, came well packaged. I emailed a few queries before purchase which were answered quickly. Great transaction, thank you

The crates are well made

The crates are well made, easy to clean and light. My only criticism would be they need to be 4/5 cm higher for male GSDs. Overall an excellent product

Would recommend

Initially I wondered why they cost so much but actually when it arrived I could see why. I have a greyhound/whippet and he fits in the middle size box. I was wondering if he would be too big. I also have some space to the side in my boot to which is good. It’s so sturdy and I got the straps that can hold it still. Definitely recommend the door hand thing that protects the door from swinging into your car. Also the boot protector is amazing and they can get in without scratching the car. Your vision is a little restricted as it’s quite tall but apart from that I love it. They are safe and my dog is a bit sicky so it’s great it can be washed out. The customer service dept is good to and you can speak to real people. Helpful updates via my shop app to.
