brilliant really helpful and directed me to the right cameras for my CCTV system

My first time using DTS Digital. The order process was easy, they replied quickly to my enquiries and the items came well packaged and as described. Will use again.

To put it frankly, the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. Trying to return an item that was faulty (and looked like a previous return) was exstremely difficult. Seller giving different return address. Website address is a supermarket. Had to send back to his supplier so I had to search there phone number to update on what was happening. Took over 2 weeks in total to get refund. Avoid.

I telephoned DTS to ask about a repair to a Toshiba TV. Super helpful, honest and free advice from DTS on how we need to contact the original supplier in the fist instance. I was really impressed and have saved the details for future repairs we might need.

Having a CCTV which failed because of a hard drive failure, I endeavoured to find someone who could supply a new unit which would record and play back. I chanced upon DTS Digital, luckily because they turned out to listen to my problem, need and concerns and advised on a purchase matched to my circumstances. Delivery was as promised, unit was as promised, set up was as promised, outcome was as promised. Well recommended company. So very rare now to find a company who LISTEN, UNDERSTAND and are COMPETENT and SUPPORTIVE. No complaints just accolades. An organisation which is helpful in the extreme (these days), an organisation operating in the way it used to be 30 years ago when the customer mattered.

I had a problem with the Spro 4 channel cctv system which I purchased from DTS Digital. It is an excellent system , but recently it did not record audio on the search/playback facility . I emailed DTS for advice and within hours I was contacted by Derek, the security advisor , who asked for some details so that he could analyse my system remotely . In a short time he found the problem and restored the settings , and my system was performing perfectly once more . I have always found the after-sales service to be second to none and the assistance received very proffesional. I confidently recommend them to anyone requiring cctv/security systems . Well done to them for an excellent service .

I ordered an IR lamp from DTS Digital which arrived really quicky. A number of months later I had to contact DTS Digital as there was water ingress in the IR lamp and it had stopped working. This of course was not the fault of DTS Digital. They were so helpful as they arranged a courier to collect the unit, and within a few days I received a brand new unit - Amazing service! thank you so much. Colin

I have to say it was a delight dealing with this company. I ordered something that was no longer available within an hour Derek had contacted me to explain the situation and offer an alternative solution.

I went with his recommendations, the delivery arrived within 48 hours the cameras were installed and work perfectly.

I wanted to install cctv equipment at my home and chose DTSdigital for the necessary hardware . I was given excellent advice and when I ordered a cctv recorder and cameras ,the equipment arrived at my home within three days . I had some problems setting up the system , due to my own ineptitude , but when I contacted Dtsdigital I was given excellent advice and guidance . It did not take long before my cctv was up and running . The system that I have is an SPRO 4 channel digital recorder with a 1 terabyte hard drive installed , along with SPRO cameras . The video and audio quality are superb . I would recommend anyone to use DTSDigital .
