Booked to have a set of 4 tyres fitted at one their claimed 'over 3000' fitting centres, ot turns out my near8was 48miles away, so it started well. Upon turning up and having the perfectly good tyres fitted imagine my feeling when they informed me the price had gone up! I had their webpage open on my phone and they wouldn't honour the price I ordered them for and they wouldn't even accept the now higher price showing just 2 days later. Tyres fine, fitter fine, experience - not good.

Will lie to you and con you out of your money, given the oppurtunity.
Took a slow puncture to be looked at, was told that the tyre was damaged inside and it needed replacing.
Then was quoted a much higher price than most high street dealers for a replacement so opted not to use them.
Was charged £25.
Then I ordered a new replacement tyre from Ebay, took it a rated local small business on Lancing industrial estate for fitting.
As I was curious I asked them to take a look at the old tyre only to be told it was in perfect condition. The leak was coming from a seal on the rim. So I'm down £25 for nothing plus the money for a replacement tyre that wasn't needed. Apparently these cowboys have a reputation for doing this, livid I found out too late and wasted my time and money. AVOID!
*Updated - Firstly you mis-diagnosed the fault (a rim issue causing an air leak) for which I was charged for, secondly what kind of company threatens to sue an unhappy customer , great customer service there! Thirdly I will take the tyre for review to confirm what I've already been told by another Tyre company, but not to you obviously. If I'm proved wrong I will take down the review, If I'm proved right I will now be reporting to trading standards.

I reached out to Bob by email and got a very quick response. When I arrived at the centre, the team were welcoming and professional. They replaced my buckled wheel, checked all the others, and balanced them properly. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and very fair pricing. I’d highly recommend Discount Tyres to anyone.

Easy to book and a great price. This is the 4th time of using DTS. The only slight downside was I noticed on my return home that 2 of my alloys had small scuff/scraped damaged.

I changed the front suspension on my old Mercedes A class and wanted to have the alignment checked (castor, camber and tracking). A forum recommended Discount Tyres Direct and going there from Purley was well worth the trip. They have all the ‘toys’ and did the job in about an hour. They produced a ‘before and after’ computer readout and the car felt like new. Interestingly, other customers in the waiting room also spoke very highly of this firm. I will use again when I need new tyres.

I had two new Hankook tyres fitted last week on my CMax replacing two Michelin tyres.
Driving the car, post the new tyres, I found the tyres created a lot of road noise, certainly louder than the previous Michelin tyres I had on the front of the car.
I returned to Discount Tyres and explained the situation. As ever I was treated well. My car was then taken on a test drive to confirm the tyre noise. Alas on return the noise could not be found. It was decided to change my front wheels with my rear wheels which was done free of charge. I have driven the car home and found the noise has been reduced somewhat. In future I will purchase tyres I know and those which have served me well in the past. Discount Tyres could not have been fairer over this issue.

I had 2 new tyres fitted and wheels tracked a month ago, their service is professional and quick. Unfortunately last night I had a blow out on the asaid tyre, (I only do under 200 miles a year), as I was working my husband took the tyre back, they exchanged the tyre without any quibble. Thank you direct tyres, we, my friends and family will be back.

I had a tyre blow out on me and got directed here by a friend who recommended it to me. Obviously it was a last minute decision so a little unsure what to expect based on previous experiences with other companies, but, this visit was poles apart from my others! They were so accommodating, understanding and efficient. It really did make getting new tyres a pleasurable experience. I can not recommend this company enough and I will certainly be sending anyone I know to them! Thank you! 😊

Sometimes a review is not so much about what a company does right but more about what it does when something goes wrong. I have done business here before and knew it was a place I trusted to do the job right. So I brought along my Aston Martin V8 vantage to have the wheels aligned after some careful DIY surgery to the track rod ends. Having asked for a full geometric alignment with their Hunter system I waited with the car. They determined that the rear was completely seized I and expected to settle for front adjustment only. However after 3 hours waiting I was told that they had done what they could right now, but were determined to do better. Would I bring the car back tomorrow having given the penetrating oil some time to work, no charge at the moment. On driving the car out of the workshop it was noticed that it had developed a serious fault whilst on the ramp. Oil pressure warning and an aggressive 'STOP ENGINE' warning meant I was not able to drive the car home. Putting it back on the ramp quickly showed that the oil pressure sensor had got accidentally broken during the alignment work. Once this was known DTD immediately accepted responsibility and over the next 36 hours (aston parts not that easy to get hold of) they fixed the car AND carried out the alignment (including the rear end). At the end of the day sometimes unexpected things happen in a workshop. The way I was handled was exemplary after the breakage and their professionalism with the alignment (it probably took 6 man hours to complete) was first class. If you are looking for someone to trust, you can't do better

I come all the way from Pompey to use these guys! By far the most honest & competent tyre people along the whole south coast. Customer service & satisfaction is second to none! Will continue you use & recommend. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service looked over my system fault on the on board computer when they found out my tyres were fine sorted all out in 15 minutes and didn’t charge over the moon definately going back when I have another problem
