pharmacists when use own discretion without thinking only invite dangerous outcomes
Okay so Rph on duty felt 4 days to refill Xanax wasn't time enough, telling me to wait 2 more days. The issue was he noticed it was billed to my insurance and left it that way, not realizing this prevents me to get it anywhere else. So lucky my doctor sent me to another fair pharmacy that told me in time, or I would've had no meds that night. And the rudeness of DR RPh was inconceivable, let alone his lack of professionalism. When I first asked why it was left billed to my insurance if no intention to give it to me, first lie he used was their system automatically bills everything, then knowing untrue his second lie was he wasn't only pharmacist there. Even CVS treats most patients with respect and dignity without depriving them when unnecessary and much worse, lying with arrogant attitudes instead of behaving kind and professional. Maybe I shouldn't judge but being a pharmacist for 25 years myself, I was more than confident I wasn't wrong this time.
