I would like to thank Dua Travels for their excellent service especially Haris.
He was on top of our journey making sure that everything was ok from beginning to the end.
We were free from stress.

I did not book yet but the service I got from Haris is exceptional. He was kind and nice and very obedient as he did everything I asked.

I would highly recommend Dua Travels. Rumman was great! Every Ummrah trip I have been on has been arranged through them and it has always been a smooth experience. They are very helpful in arranging the logistics and kept in constant contact throughout my trip in case I wanted to make any changes to hotels etc. The drivers they provided were always on time and the service throughout has been excellent. They have gave us ziarayats in addition at no cost. I would highly recommend them!

We were recommended to use Muhammad Ibrahim from Dua Travels and honestly it was an outstanding service .
From booking to coming back there was a team that we have constant contact and updated communication with .
We had an issue with a visa that was quickly addressed and resolved.
We had an issue with one of the hotels and last minute they arranged a new hotel and transfers.
The taxi service for transfers is highly recommended with drivers ensuring they communicated with us before the pickup. The service was reliable .
The company provided a number for any emergencies and questions which was a great help during our Umrah .
Highly recommend using this company for booking your Umrah . They are understanding, helpful and have a fully customer centric company ethos.

A blessed journey made easy with brother Haris for my 2026 Ramadhan Umrah experience, a difficult time with the Middle East crisis was never going to be easy, but with brother Haris, only a WhatsApp call and message away, my mind and my group's mind were at ease. We booked hotels for both Madinah and Makkah, along with all 3 transport needs, and everything went smoothly. My duas are with the agency and brother Haris and his family. I was initially quite suspicious since I’m based in a different city in the UK and found them online, but their representative Hadi was truly exceptional. He reassured me and kept me at ease throughout every stage of the process.

I recently travelled for Umrah with Dua Travels and had a very positive experience. From the beginning, the team was very helpful and responsive, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the whole process. They made the booking and visa arrangements simple and stress-free.

Everything throughout the journey was well organised, including the flights, hotels, and transport. In Makkah we stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam, which was very comfortable and in a great location close to the Haram. In Madinah we stayed at Pullman ZamZam, which was also an excellent hotel with great service and very convenient for visiting Masjid Al Nabawi.

What stood out most was the communication and support throughout the trip. The team was always available if we needed assistance and made sure everything ran smoothly.Harris the agent whom i booked with was excellent and helped me every step of the way, thank you Harris will 110% book with you in the future .

Overall, I would highly recommend Dua Travels to anyone planning their Umrah. They provided a reliable and well-organised service that allowed us to focus on our spiritual journey without worrying about travel arrangements.
