Amazing Service
Amazing Service
I’m in the UK and wanted to have some flowers delivered to a hotel in Dubai. The website was very easy to use to select the product etc.
I actually got the date wrong and when the delivery was attempted the guest wasn’t due to check for a couple of days. The shop contacted me and they were good enough to move the date and redeliver. Communication throughout was excellent.
The service was over and above expectations due to my mistake!!
Much appreciated.
