We booked a four-night stay with round-trip-flights through Emirates. Unfortunately there system doesn't work properly and rigidly and selected a 96-hour transit visa for us which we of course can't use because we don't have any onward trip to another country. Therefore the whole Emirates visa process is totally useless and I recommend everyone not to go through the VSF system.

Extremely disappointed, they charge crazy prices, no customer service also too much delay. All they do is blame excuses.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unreliable and Unprofessional Service

I had a horrible experience with DubaiVisa.net while applying for my Dubai visa. They are listed as a recommended service by Emirates, but their service is anything but professional or trustworthy.

I applied for my visa 5 days before my flight and submitted every document they asked for. I clearly informed them that I would be staying with my sister in Dubai, and I even provided tenancy documents, sponsorship letters, FRC, and authority letters. Despite all of this, they repeatedly asked for the same documents — over and over again, showing no regard for what was already provided.

Under pressure, I even booked a hotel room just to meet their demands. I also had to provide a bank statement showing over $10,000, which is a ridiculous and unclear requirement that wasn't communicated transparently upfront.

Due to their repeated delays, I missed my flight and had to cancel my hotel booking. After this, they had the audacity to say my documents are now "expired" and requested a new flight ticket and hotel booking. This company’s mismanagement ruined my trip, wasted my time, and caused me financial loss.

They are completely unorganized, lack clear communication, and are not responsive to emails in a meaningful way. They do not take responsibility and are not worthy of being listed as a recommended service provider by Emirates or any airline.

Avoid using DubaiVisa.net at all costs. If I can help even one person from going through the same mess I did, this review will be worth it.

Ein Scam-Unternehmen! Ich brauchte für meine Frau ein Visum für Dubai, wo man direkt über Emirates auf dieses Scam-Unternehmen verwiesen wurde. Sie verlangen nach Daten, welche man für das Visum nicht mal benötigt. Support? Existiert nicht. Telefonisch gar keine Nummer hinterlegt. Diverse Mails werden nicht beantwortet, wie eine Schein-Firma. Was für ein Stress VFS uns verursacht hat! 2 Wochen lang haben wir von diesem Unternehmen kein Visum erhalten, während wir bei einem anderen Anbieter innerhalb von 24h ein Visum erhielten. Reine Abzocke. Ich erwarte eine Rückzahlung und behalte mir rechtliche Schritte vor.

Never use the Emirates Airlines Visa portal, I applied for my visa through the Emirates Airlines visa portal, trusting that I would get the best service, obviously because they are partnered with the airlines with a good reputation, it was a mistake using them, I submitted my documents 3 weeks before my flight to get things sorted, they asked hotel bookings, passport, photo, plane ticket, and my immigration status here in UK. They asked me to submit more documents to including copies of my old passports which is I don't get why, then they sent me an email saying I was rejected due to invalid hotel bookings, I sent them a new hotel booking then they replied to me saying I was rejected again because of invalid hotel booking, it took them more than 2 weeks and nothing, I never heard anything from them again, when I tracked my application its only showing my application is on hold.
I've decided to reapply for a new visa with another agency, they only asked for my passport copy and one photograph, that's it, and I got my visa the next day.

I obviously don't know what happened with my first application that I did through the Emirates website, I paid a lot, and it looks like they didn't submit my application, and it's a bit worrying coz I submitted other documents with them that are not needed for the application. It's such a shame that they link this agency and VFS with their website! absolutely useless!!!
DON'T EVER USE THIS AGENCY, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! SCAM!

Avoid avoid and avoid!!! What a shambles this process is through emirates website, we processed all of our documents and no luck in getting a UAE visa, these guys are connected through a third party via emirates.
We missed our flights due to this service and it is not worth going through these guys ever to get anything processed.

Never again avoid at all cost.

It is unfortunate that this company is linked with Emirates Airline. I applied for visas through Emirates website and it turns out these guys handle the applications. They took all money and told me that my passport is not correct. I have travelled to dozens of countries with my passport so this was unacceptable excuse. I gave it to my travel agent and he got my visa within a day.
In short, do not apply for visas through Emirates airline website.

Tried to e-mail them and got reply back that the mail was not delivered. Mail box full. Very very unprofessional. Is connected to VFS Global. Maybe that is why.
