Website is easy to use, customer service is good.

I place my order for one type of pipe hanger and they sent the wrong one still waiting on the right pipe Hangers!

I've ordered a lot of Nordfab Ducting from them and always have the best customer service! If they have a question or if they think I've ordered the wrong sizing, they call and confirm the products I need!

On the hose section of the website, it states "sold in 5' sections" so I ordered 15 ea. 5' sections. Well, I got 15 feet of hose.
Other than that, everything else was good.

These guys gave me a great product at a really good price, and did so in a wonderfully short period of time, and many of the pieces were custom!!!

I wish you had a better variety of pipe lengths. I had to purchase a 5 foot piece and cut it down, then Jerry rig the connection because it didn’t fit inside the nipple connector. But other than that great product!

I have used this ducting over the last 13 years. It is awesome. I installed it in one shop. Then took it down and moved it to an other shop. As my shop has grown over the years I keep adding equipment and rearranging the things. Lucky it is easy to put together and take apart. I have had to add spiral pipe a couple of times and it has been significantly harder to work with.
