Duncan Stewart Textiles Ltd Opiniones

Purchased a personalised towel on-line and was not certain of what the quality would be like but pleasantly surprised - the towel feels good and the printing is a really nice touch.
I would recommend this service - on-line ordering was simple; the product came on-time and I was pleased with the quality of the towel.

The quality of the two embroidered dressing gowns was amazing, really fluffy and look really beautiful. I was a bit worried they wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but they did. Towels R Us were really helpful with following up on the delivery when it was taking longer than expected.

Used Towels R Us before and found their products to be very good, but delivery times are, to say the least poor!

The delivery was fast, and the towels looks great with the embriodery... just love it! Thanks a lot!

The navy blue is a lighter shade than you'd expect. Otherwise good embroidery. Thanks *

I wasn't sure about ordering when I was unable to test the quality of the product but my expectations were met and exceeded. My mum will love the coat and the personalisation of her name on the same. Would recommend this to all.
Delivery service was also on time.

I bought a hooded dressing gown for myself in January. My daughter admired it so much that I have bought her one for Christmas. The quality of the towelling is excellent and your service was very prompt and efficient. The added personal touch of her name embroidered on it has made it a truly lovely gift.

I ordered a dressing gown with an embroidered name for a Xmas present for a very good friend and was very impressed with the finished article. The order came when promised and well packaged. Well worth the money that I paid and was far better than anything that I saw in the high street shops.

I bought 2 luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels with embroidered initials on them, when only 1 arrived I contacted them by phone, they apologised for the error and sent the other towel immediately, it arrived the following day at my home in Jersey, which was super fast response. The towels are of the highest quality and look wonderful in my newly fitted bathroom. I am a totally satisfied customer, and will be dealing with Towels R Us in the future. Many thanks to you Towels R Us for your excellent service.

Towels R Us are brilliant. The website is easy to use. The ordering simple. The delivery excellent. The products superb.
Oh - and very reasonable too.!

The gowns were great, as on the tin but why, when ordered at the same time, did they arrive a day apart and why wouldn't your system treat them as one order?

item good quality

I wasn't sure what to expect for only £30 but the embroidery was spot on and i'm so pleased with the quality of the personalised dressing gown I bought.

Thank you very much!

This item and service was very good, slightly longer despatch time than originally stated so if you are in a rush (like you would be in a rush for a personalised towel!) be aware.

I was very impressed by the helpful attitude of staff & promptness of delivery. I had personalised dressing gowns ordered for my nephews & was extremely pleased with quality. Would definitely recommend this company to friends & family

I ordered the egyptian towelling robe and had it personalised. The whole order process was very easy with plenty of font and colour choices. Towels R Us kept me informed of approx delivery then emailed me again when they had despatched it. Robe is nice and soft and a good quality. I just hope my future son in law likes it.

This is the first time I have used this company. The service and the product are great. Will most likely use them again.

The wooden rail is well finished and I am pretty sure I have seen this exact same towel on a swanky housewares site at a higher price.

Thanks for your prompt delivery, I have received 4 personalised towels for christmas presents and I am very pleased with the quality of the towels, the embroidery and prompt service.

Thanks Again.

They were prompt, professional and the towels are great. They look really professional!!
