Cheap and cheesy
Bough a "letterman" for my boyfriend waffle dunks and I couldn't be more disappointed. The stitching was coming apart and when I sent them the pic of it they said it's "normal" like wtf I never bought something brand new and stitching comes out before even wearing it. Then they just stopped responding all together. The fabric was soft but its extreme thin and cheap, like 1 wash and it's over. The sizing is inaccurate, like they get their material for china and didn't accurately convert the American sizes on their site. The whole thing just looked like a high schooler was in their basement in the early 2000s ironing Walmart patches to their clothes.

Being as tho this is my birthday outfit you guys made my birthday! The product was horrible!!! My coat looks nothing like the picture. I thought I was getting genuine leather with patchwork with all the emails and descriptive updates like oh we are working on this and that I don’t understand what took the coat so long. I ordered grey it’s not even grey!!! It’s a lavender grey I really am unsatisfied with this jacket 100%.
