Absolutely shocking boots, worst I've had in over 20 years, £12 to send back then £12 to be sent back to me saying they are not faulty. The boots are un-wearable horrendous on the ankles, way to tight and the reviews have been stating this since 2023 and they are still selling them all be it at a knockdown price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience with them is how excellent customer service should be. Fast and efficient.

The boots are excellent. The only gripe I have is that in the check out process, I was recommended to purchase insoles for comfort. Good idea I thought so I paid the extra twenty pounds for them only to find when delivered that the boots came with the exact same insole, so I could have saved myself £20.
