I had a window and sliding doors. Totally pleased with the result. I got exactly what I wanted so you can’t really get better than that. Would definitely recommend Dunraven

This was our first time in using Dunraven and overall it has been a very positive experience. The work teams that installed a replacement conservatory were very efficient, friendly and hard working and the product they put up is sturdy and pleasant to look at. Requesting information via email sometimes was a problem with my emails not being answered but this was immediately put
right by ringing the office to speak to someone so not a great inconvenience. Would I consider using Dunraven again = yes I would!

Really pleased with the installation, the tradesmen were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Only problem was it was a week late. Quality of work is excellent though.

Just had 3 large windows fitted. Wayne the installer was punctual, friendly, hard working with high quality work. Even though it was a challenge for him to carry the windows up 11 steps and along a long path to the bungalow on his own it did not deter him. Wayne was a wonderful installer. From consultation through to installation Dunraven kept us updated no chasing them for information . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dunraven or use them again for any future work.

All work completed in time as we were approaching the Bank Holiday and that was a concern.
As we were having a new conservatory as well as windows and doors we had 2 teams who worked efficiently together and were polite and tidy workers.
I think the tea coffee and biscuits helped🤔
Very satisfied with the completed work and the only thing is it needs tested in bad weather🙏

We had 5 windows installed in one day.
The workmen worked hard, kept the place clean, covered the areas while they were working with ground sheets. They were polite, no swearing & no mobile phones. The salesman put no pressure on you to buy the product/products, it is totally up to you if you want to buy them or not.
We are very pleased with our 5 windows. Plus the 1 window installed last year, the porch done Dec 2024 and conservatory which was done 2014. I highly recommend Dunraven if you have a job that needs doing do it with Dunraven.

We had Dunraven to replace all the doors and windows in our old house and now they have done the same for our new one. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. The price is more expensive than some, but you get bespoke quality products in exchange.

I had French doors installed by Dunraven. I was really pleased with the ordering and the installation of these, and am really pleased with the outcome. There was no mess left, and the fitter was excellent. This would definitely be 5*, however there really is relentless follow up from Dunraven. Within the 3 days since installation I have had 2 phone calls, 2 text messages, 1 letter and a person at the door asking about any future work, offering discounts, are any family members looking for work,etc. Although completely satisfied with the work completed, the sales practice is far too heavy, and really is quite off putting.

Dunraven I was so pleased with the service I received from Dunraven I had all my house done top to bottom plus front and back doors. The windows and doors are still looking new after years and the staff are lovely also the fitters did a great tidy job to improve my home.

Highly recommend, we have had 10 windows fitted, a porch and a conservatory all fitters have been tidy. professional and friendly any problems we have came across they have sorted out straight away. Dunraven is a very good company.

Good communication throughout with two pre-installation visits to discuss and confirm what was required. Friendly and courteous fitters who took time to explain the work and how to operate the window and door mechanisms. They also cleaned up every day after they had finished which was nice.

Recently had 2 new doors fitted, from beginning to end the service was exceptional, every visit, phone call, and the actual door fitting itself. The doors are of excellent quality,look amazing,they even completed the work on a Saturday at no extra cots. Cannot fault them

Still be hounded by knocks and leaflets through the door after being told all contact would cease (complained several times about unwanted phone calls and each time was proudly phone number be removed from their systems.)
Got told my home address would be on a ‘do not knock list’ but 3 separate occasions later here we are again 🙃.

The team at Dunraven were very polite and helpful. The door arrived as scheduled, was installed quickly and professionally and is high quality, it feels very solid and looks good.

We opted for a bumble bee door knocker as part of the order, however when it arrived it didn't really go well with the door handle or letter box, the fitter was very helpful and there was no problem returning the product, with a timely refund cheque received.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dunraven again.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had bi-folding patio doors to replace our existing sliding doors. Waiting time from ordering to installation was less than a month. Our fitters, Steve and Alun, installed the doors quickly and efficiently and without any mess. There was one very small issue with the trim surrounding which needed a return visit, but this was resolved the following day. Cannot fault the service we received and we are very pleased with the results.

I had a new front door fitted at my home in August '25, and it makes me smile every time I walk up the path.
The whole process was so easy, I chose the door I wanted, chose how I'd finance it. The man who fitted it a few weeks later arrived on time, he was friendly and courteous and did the job in no time at all. There was no mess left and I was thrilled with my new door. I still am!
I would fully recommend Dunraven and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fitter arrived late, but was very tidy, quick and professional. The product is of very high quality and a very good price. Would recommend to anyone who needs replacement windows, doors and facias.

We have recently had new doors (and a couple of window glasses) replaced by Dunraven and are so happy with the results. The front door in particular looks stunning. The installation team (both window fitters and builders) who attended to carry out the work were to friendly and easy to have around, no issues at all. Ryan, Mark, Sam, Lee and Kean were all great, thank you. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work. A little annoying to be receiving marketing calls already, trying to get more business from us already but that's all.... no issues with the workmanship at all. Also couldn't believe how super tidy everywhere was after they left. Thanks.

I was very happy with the work carried out at the time, nearly 8 years ago.
Since then, I am receiving around 2 calls per month, always from a mobile, offering me discounts to use in the future.
Every phone call finishes with me telling Dunraven to remove us from ALL marketing, which never happens.
If Dunraven expect us to want to replace our conservatory, windows and doors every couple of years, it speaks volumes to their product….
