I had a poor experience using this broker., the system automatically canceled it and withdrew the bonus rewards.

It appears that the bonus provided is not actually tradable and can only be used for margin purposes, which was not clearly communicated.

This company is a scammer

This company is a scammer. It disabled my account and also ate my deposit. I had a deposit of about 1000 dollars on it. They have also disabled my account. First they put it in red mode. Now after six or seven months, they have disabled my account. It means that my entire deposit was also said to have been consumed. Unable to withdraw my $7,000 — no response from support

I deposited $7,000 into Dupoin, but when I tried to withdraw my funds, the withdrawal option was disabled and I couldn’t submit any withdrawal request. I contacted their support team multiple times, but no one responded.

This situation is extremely concerning, and it has caused me significant stress because I cannot access my own money. I’m posting this review to warn others to be cautious.

I hope Dupoin will resolve this issue and return my $7,000 as soon as possible.

WARNING about DUPOIN Scam

My 4th review update
It's now been over 35 days since my account was blocked without valid reason. Dupoin continues to hide behind copy-paste emails saying “investigation is ongoing” — with no real updates, no timeline, no explanation. This is clear stalling and unprofessional behavior. Enough is enough. Stop wasting my time and release my funds.

My 3rd review update.
Received another generic email from Dupoin saying the "investigation is ongoing" — no timeline, no real update, just the same copy-paste excuse. It’s been over 29 days. This is not transparency, it's delay tactics. How long does it take to investigate a simple trading account? Stop wasting my time.
My 2nd Reply update to Dupoin Team.

Dear Dupoin Team,

Thank you for your response — however, I find it deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

It has now been over 25 days since my account (A/C: 2035378) was restricted without valid justification. Your team continues to send the same generic and recycled response claiming that an “investigation is ongoing,” yet not once have you provided:

A clear explanation of what exactly is being investigated

A specific timeline for resolution

Any actual progress or updates

This is not how professional, regulated brokers operate.

Let me remind you that I have already taken action by reporting your behavior on Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army, and have submitted details to relevant cybercrime and trading forums. I will continue to expand public exposure until this matter is resolved.

Enough with vague apologies — I demand a concrete answer and a definitive timeframe. If your platform has any integrity left, you should resolve this without further delay.

1st review is here. I deposited $250 into Dupoin and placed a trade during a news event. After making a profit and waiting the required 2 hours (as per their withdrawal policy), my account was suddenly restricted.

I have received multiple generic responses citing AML and Section 21.2/21.3 of their agreement, with no explanation of what rule I violated. It has been 20+ days with no resolution, and now support is not responding, and the account manager remains online but silent.

This feels like a classic B-Book broker trick: block the account when a client profits. Beware of depositing with them!

My trading account on MT5 was connected to a Dupoin server located in Indonesia, even though the broker claims to be regulated in the UK (FCA) and registered in Comoros under AOFA. This raises serious concerns about misleading regulatory claims. The actual trading environment appears to be offshore and unregulated, which is highly deceptive and puts client funds at serious risk.

The broker claims to be regulated by AOFA (Comoros), but when I attempted to contact them via their listed email domain (aofa-comoros.org), it was found that the domain does not even exist. This raises serious concerns that the so-called “regulator” may be entirely fake or fabricated.

I was referred to Dupoin by Nayef Al-Shafei, who promised:

$20 per lot in rebates

8–12% monthly profit from a "safe" trading bot

Full IB support and zero deposit/withdrawal fees

👉 After depositing $20,000, I faced:

$1,314 deducted during deposit with false promises of refund

141 lots traded, but only $665 rebate paid instead of $2,820

Execution manipulation (slippage, wrong price fill, wrong closing price)

Spread on Gold reached 150 pips!

Swap and commission charges without clear explanation

Withdrawal took days, with repeated excuses and complications

I have screen recordings and screenshots proving this.
