Pessima esperienza d'acquisto da non ripetere
Ho ordinato e pagato tramite Paypal una aspirapolvere assieme ad un kit di tre filtri aggiuntivi, dei quali ne ho ricevuti soltanto 2 come dotazione dell'aspirapolvere.
Sollecitata la restante parte dei tre filtri acquistati, ne ho ricevuto soltanto 1 e vergognosamente danneggiato.
Sono trascorsi 15 gg. senza risolvere nulla.

We needed an urgent replacement for our coffee grinder, which had suddenly given up the ghost after many years service. We ordered the Duronic CG250, which was delivered delivered promptly and with no problems. The grinder itself seems good so far - easy to use, it quickly reaches a consistent grind and, as a bonus, is far quieter than our old one. Cleaning is straightforward due to the removal bowl and, unlike some grinders, it doesn't seem inclined to dump coffee onto the worktop when it's opened.

The Case of the Disappearing HEPA Filter
The HEPA filter on my dust container had done yet another disappearing act into the general waste without me realising, but Amy at DURONIC was patient, efficient and helpful and expedited a replacement immediately. Huge thanks. Again. I may have to thank her in advance for the next time I forget to take the filter off before emptying the dust container!

out of warranty
My up and down desk developed a fault with the controls. As the desk was well past the warranty period i approached Duronic for a quote for the replacement parts. I then received a rapid response and after returning the parts to them they were returned repaired at no cost! I received the parts today and I now have a working desk once more for no more cost that the return postage. Thank you to Duronic for customer service which has at every stage been above and beyond my expectations, how refreshing! Special thanks to the person who showed so much patience, i am not allowed to mention names but they will know who they are.
Bought a Duronic kettle seven months…
Bought a Duronic kettle seven months ago. Still within 1 year warranty but the kettle has started to fail. Sent videos by email to Duronic demonstrating the issues and asked for a replacement, but they said they can't replace it because they don't have stock; instead, they said I have to ship it back so they can attempt to repair it, and only if they can't repair it will they replace it. This is so bizarre. First problem is they are saying they can't simply replace the kettle b/c they don't have stock, but clearly they do have stock since they are saying they will replace it if they can't repair it. Secondly, it will cost more time and money to do what they are asking than if they just replace the kettle. I also do not have the box anymore and explained to them I can't easily ship this to them and ensure the kettle will be safe, etc. This is not a good customer experience. Based on the other negative reviews, it sounds like Duronic don't understand basic principles of e-commerce and their approach makes for a poor customer experience. Just replace the kettle, save money and time, and retain the customer. It's that simple. Fine if they want to recycle the broken kettle to prevent waste, in which case they can provide a pre-paid shipping label so the customer can send back to them after they receive the replacement without having to worry about the kettle being protected in transit, but to have the customer spend time and money to ship properly so they can attempt to repair a £39 kettle is ridiculous.

Duronic Laptop Tray with Cushion DML422
Duronic Laptop Tray with Cushion DML422. Not a good purchase. The ledge that stops the laptop from sliding off and into your lap is too short and my laptop keeps slipping. The tray itself is very small with the ledge located to the side so that the laptop is never secure in the centre and therefore one needs to keep shifted to one side. I'd ask for a refund but the product is not faulty, just badly designed.
