A smart, highly effective, easily managed piece of kit. It is also easy to store and very good value. Exactly as the 'Which' review described.

I recently bought an under-desk keyboard tray from Duronic. The information on the website was useful, the order and delivery were smooth and quick. Also, it seems to be slightly cheaper to buy directly from Duronic than the same product from Amazon. The tray itself was easy to assemble and works very well - one side is slightly wobbly (not due to my assembly, as far as I can tell), but still works fine.

Kettle works well in general, and delivery was speedy. However, the lid can be tricky to open at times so the catch may be faulty.

My old Swan kettle worked for thirty years then less than two years ago I bought a Duronic EK 30 to upgrade my kettle experience. A couple of months ago it began to emit a smell from the base, an 'electrical smell of shorting and roasting plastic. Amazon fobbed me off to the so-called manufacturer, Duronic, though I suspect that like most shoddy goods it actually comes from China. Duronic fobbed me off saying that the warranty was only for one year.

Have neither of these outfits heard of the Sale of Goods and Services Act and the length of service that the courts enforce for defective household appliances? One years acceptance of responsibility for an expensive electric kettle? I think not!

Very hard to click the metal tray bottoms into place. At first I thought I had been sent the wrong size. Got there eventually but very very challenging.
These would be best installed during manufacture and sealed so that no food can get into the join.

Quick delivery and cheaper than Amazon. Was pleased I went to the supplier.

Can't fault the product, can't fault the service. The heater (HV220) was exactly what I was looking for and although I've been using it for only two days it is performing as expected.
Delivery was punctual with constant updates on exactly when it would be delivered.

I would definitely purchase from Duronic again.
