Best sleep ever since we bought our signature king double mattress
We tried several other mattresses including best mattress of Makin Mattresses.
We were fortunate when we had a sleepover at our friends house, who had a signature mattress (and we had such a good night sleep on it) to compare the difference.
Dusk and dawn doesn't have place to test mattress yourself, but they offer a 100 days sleeping test guarantee, and will swap for different mattress ( for free as long if your living in metropolitan area) if you don’t like it. After that a new mattress can be tried for 30 days, and if still not satisfied money will be refunded. Simply quality is so good, that they can offer this warranty, not to mention that dusk and dawn won best mattress of Australia 3 years in a row.

I recently ordered a mattress and, honestly, the mattress itself is amazing quality. I have no complaints at all. It’s super comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for.

I'm located on the Gold Coast, and the mattress was delivered by an external company due to my location. Unfortunately, the delivery company was not very professional; however, they were a third-party contractor.

I contacted Dusk & Dawn by email, and they promptly called me to resolve the issue. Their team was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer support, even though they had no control over the delivery company.

We ordered during the boxing day sales and, The mattress turned up late Jan sooner than expected. The mattress really feels quality, is super comfy.

We had a few issues with the build quality and suitability of some accessories products. Although the customer support phone line is difficult to get hold of anyone, the email support has been great.

I suggest all customers to double check the products after they are delivered.
Then get onto them for support ASAP is you have any issues.

After years of testing different mattresses, I think I’ve finally found the one: the Premiere MK2 in Comfy Medium. It’s absolutely perfect for my back, thanks to the ideal mix of springs and various foams. My only gripe, unrelated to the manufacturer, is that it’s tough to find fitted sheets deep enough to fit properly.

Ordered October 2025. Still no sign of my mattress despite multiple follow ups. They can't track it down, apparently. Am investigating how to get a refund.

The bed seems to be good. However the communication between the maker and the delivery company Capitol in Brisbane was non existent and if I had not intervened I would still be waiting for my bed to be delivered. One weak link soured the whole experience.

When my mattress arrived new - I looked for the serial number tag supposedly attached to the mattress. It had been cut off manually by someone so I couldn’t register my mattress for the warranty. I then had to call up and the lady who answered was also surprised at the photo I sent of the serial number tag which she acknowledged as being manually removed. She sent me a seperate email with the serial number and then I registered the mattress for warranty purposes.

But the question is - are there other customers who do not see the tag, hence cannot register with the consequence that no warranty exists.

Disappointed something like this happened. Otherwise the mattress is good - it does the job.

After 15 years on a well-known Australian brand King ensemble, it was time for a replacement. Following quite a bit of research online, we decided on the Dust&Dawn Signature Mk2 King, as well as the bed base and bed-head. Although we knew we were overdue for a refresh, we have been very pleasantly surprised at just how much better the new bed is. So much so, in fact, that whereas we had been sleeping separately for the past year or so, we’re both back in the new bed and sleeping soundly again. Couldn’t be happier on so many levels. Oh, and the bedhead sets it off beautifully and the included pillow is the best I’ve had.

Quality Mattress, quick delivery to Perth WA and exceedingly comfortable.

We bought 2 long single beds and found them very comfortable- we were a bit concerned given we are older but our experience was seamless moving from our old beds to the new ones. Thank you Dusk and Dawn

Fabulous service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress and it was absolutely no hassle to change and have the incorrect one returned and a new one delivered.

After doing quite a bit of research, I purchased the Essential MK mattress. The delivery process was good and timely. The mattress was very comfortable, but unfortunately was not a good fit for me personally - I was overheating. Ended up returning it, which took a couple of weeks, but I received a full refund.

After researching a new mattress, we were going to purchase a Dusk & Dawn mattress. The website states delivery fee of $250 for non-metro areas. However, on attempting to purchase the mattress, we were told they don't deliver to Tasmania or Northern Territory! Nowhere on their website is it mentioned these areas are excluded - very misleading!

My old Emma mattress just wasn't working for me, so moving into my new place seemed like a good chance to try something different. I read through some reviews about Dusk&Dawn, saw it had won a few awards, and figured why not give it a shot. I went with the Signature MK2 Queen in medium. I'm 67kg, work a desk job with chronic lower back issues, and I'm one of those people who shifts positions constantly throughout the night. But seriously, this mattress has been a total game changer. After that first night I realised I wasn't a bad sleeper, I was just dealing with a terrible mattress. A month later and my back feels way considerably better (not perfect, though some of that's on me to manage), and I'm waking up actually feeling rested instead of exhausted all day.
I've seen some people complain about delivery in their reviews, but living in Melbourne Metro I had no issues there. The mattress itself though is genuinely great. Really happy I made the switch.

We searched best mattresses on Choice where Dusk to Dawn was highly acknowledged. Our experience was excellent ! Initially when I ordered online the website said we couldn’t arrange for our old mattress to be removed. Upon connecting with the company all issues were resolved and our experience of purchase and delivery was excellent. Also the promise of a great mattress that is perfect for dodgy backs and hips is 100 percent true. We love our mattress and would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oh my gosh we are sooo happy with our signature MK2 mattress. We sleep like absolute logs since it arrived. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We have always struggled to find a mattress we like, so I did my research this time and we couldn't be happier. What a great product.

Love my Dusk & Dawn mattress! No more hip pain, and upgrading to a king was a game changer. The bed frame was easy to assemble, and the wait was worth it for a custom-made mattress. Highly recommend!
