For me, it’s been a game changer. I’ve always needed to listen to podcasts to fall asleep, but every solution I tried before was uncomfortable in one way or another. Last night, I used the Dusker speaker for the first time, and I finally found a comfortable solution with outstanding sound quality (considering it’s a speaker designed to be used under a pillow). Thanks to Dusker, my life feels so much more comfortable!

I'm still not convinced.....

Bought my headband and speaker a short while ago. To be honest, I think they are both overpriced (even at the "buy-one-get-one-free" offer. The app that you download is pretty poor. Various spelling and grammar mistakes. Probably better off buying one of the cheaper headbands off another site.

I’ve waited weeks for my order with no proactive communication from Dusker.

I’ve messaged multiple times and keep being told the same thing, that my parcel was “lost” along with hundreds of others and will arrive eventually.

For a brand that isn’t cheap, the customer service is absolutely shocking. Where’s the proactive communication to let customers know what’s going on?

Why should we have to keep chasing and, frankly, feel like we’re begging for answers?

This is not the level of service you expect from a company charging premium prices. Sort it out!

I often wake up at night and browse on my phone for a while, I normally have to wear headphones in case a video automatically plays with loud volume, but with this dusker I can safely look at anything and if there's any sound playing only I can hear it and I don't try to lie down and sleep again still wearing the headphones.

I originally bought the sleep bar v1.0, then upgraded to the v2.0.. love’em both and then decided to try the sleep headband and, guess what?…. Love that too! I gotta say, they make great products to fall asleep with! Not only do they sound great.. (ie the sleep bar) but they are super comfortable ( ie the sleep headband)

Delivered on Time Brought for my wife, who has difficulty sleeping, has found it helps and it does not disturb me

Having constant tinnitus was making it hard to fall asleep. I used to listen to white noise or rain sounds on my phone but my husband wasn’t a fan of this.

I can’t remember where I saw the ad for the Dusker sleep bar but so glad I clicked on ‘learn more’.

My sleep bar lives under my pillow and is used every night. Listening to white noise type sounds or rainfall, rather than concentrating on my high pitch tinnitus noise, means I fall asleep so much quicker than before.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with tinnitus.

Beware and think again. Over a month for delivery. They don’t tell you that when you are ordering!

Item never arrived in my hands as they allowed their courier to leave it unattended on a main road while I was away. It was only ever going to be stolen doing this!

Then to rub insult in they advise I need to speak with the courier which I rejected, as under UK consumer regulation this is simply untrue. When they did eventually decide to resolve it they refunded me all but the postage charge as an act of ‘good will’! No it isn’t ‘goodwill’ it is an obligation.

When I reminded them they were obliged to recompense me in full I got a bleating message about them being out of pocket and the payment for delivery goes to the courier direct - good grief, who trains these people? It took yet another email to remind them of their obligation under consumer law before they finally resolved it.

I would have considered re-ordering for a future gift opportunity had the care been better, but I think I probably had a lucky escape based on this appalling experience in customer care.

A great little device
This is my second Sleepbar having also got the version 1. I go to sleep listening to music but because the flat underneath me can hear my radio the sleepbar is the answer. It works well through a Dunolopillo foam pillow and is very easy to set up. I would be lost without it and my neighbours would be annoyed.

For some reason, my package was shown to be delivered, but I did not actually receive it. I contacted Dusker, and they responded expediently and helped me resolve the issue. KUDOS to them. I now have my under the pillow speaker.

When there was an issue with delivery of my product, Dusker provided prompt, excellent customer service and resolved my problem. The product works exactly as advertised and I had hoped. My ears get irritated wearing headphones or earbuds every night, and this sleep bar has completely fixed the problem for me. Very happy with it.

I emailed to ask for help as I am doing an ambassador course for end of life and if a soundbar could be donated for my project. Thank you so much for doing so this will make a massive difference for our patients. Excellent communication and highly recommend.

Had a fault with my sleep bar (pauses after 20 seconds when using the 30 minute timer).

Contacted customer support and they were very helpful.

The sleep bar is so much more comfortable than using earphones, although you do have to make sure you have it positioned directly below your ear to get good audio.

The best way to listen to music before falling asleep. Easy to configure, high quality sound. Absolutely worth the value.

Sounds great in some of the reviews, but my experience has been that it is a waste of time, money and effort.
I tried for 20 minutes the first night to connect it, and eventually after fiddling for a long time, it connected. Then, when trying to set it up, I was unable to persuade the preset ‘thick’ setting for a memory foam pillow to change. It just sat obstinately on thick.
It did advise me to change to a thinner pillow. For a start I already HAVE a thin pillow and no little device is going to make me change my pillow. I gave up for the night at that point and decided I’d return to the fray the next day.
Today, I turned it on and was told it wasn’t connected. Sigh. After another 10 minutes fiddling around without success, I have given it up.
The promise (and very very brief) and instructions make it sound as though connecting it is a very quick and simple matter. It hasn’t been for me. it should not be this hard and I simply can’t be bothered to waste any more time on it.

False advertising. Don't fall for this Chinese product. Says it works on bone induction. It's a speaker. A bad speaker. No matter how it was adjusted, it kept my partner awake. I'm not going to spend $50 to return it to the UK (and then to China). I'll take the $120 loss but please don't make the same mistake I just made!

I highly discourage anyone from buying products from Dusker.

I ordered the product on 24 August, today’s date is 7th of September, and I still haven’t received the product. According to the shipment information, the product is still in China.

The company does not provide clear shipment information on their website upon checkout but you’re instead told a week later over email that they cannot say at that time if it will be delivered from the UK or from China with of course the deliver time varying greatly.

The company is using an obscure delivery partner from China called YunExpress which currently has a review rating of 1.6 on trust advisor.

So so bad, can’t make out anything coming through the pillow, it’s far clearer to just listen to my
Phone directly under the pillow. Also took about a month to arrive. Based on other reviews I don’t hold out hope of getting a refund either. A scan of a product and a company

This little bone conduction speaker works wonders! Perimenopause brought me awful insomnia, and my quality of sleep has improved manifold since I started listening to Librivox classics that I already know well using Dusker. The technology works very well. The sound comes in crisp through the pillow and does not bother me at all.
