I sometimes think you can only tell how well a company takes care of customers when something goes wrong. It's easy to offer a product or service, collect payment, and deliver. What happens when 3 of 5 DVDs are damaged in transit? Well, this is what 5-star service looks like. I proactively sent an email with pictures and the damaged discs were replaced quickly. The order was made whole with a few days delay, and all the discs play perfectly now.
It's also noteworthy that, my tastes being unique, few of these international titles are shown on TV or streaming services. Even making them available is an example of great customer focus and service. Being so effective at addressing an issue is additionally important. Thanks!

Great service, follow up and communication!

The movies were good & the discs in perfect condition. However, it would have been better to have gotten 2 cases, one for each disc, as I always store my movies alphabetically, so I can't do that with the 2 discs I received! The one sent will only be useful for one of the movies.

DVD Grab are wonderful for film fans, especially when looking for hard to find European and Asian classics, as well as films that should be better known than they are. For anyone with an interest in cinema beyond Hollywood, you will find many treasures to explore, and in my personal experience, the service, delivery and quality of the DVD have all been to a high standard.

For many years i've made list of movies who could be interresting. That list had about 300 titels and I searched everywhere, but from these list, I found 190 titles in Dvdgrab and Dvdlady. Every month a few titles and my list is getting shorter and shorter

I've purchased obscured DVD movies from Dvdgrab (the DVD lady) for many years. They have always been helpful in answering questions or filling requests. I cannot recommend them enough for those obscure titles waiting int he shadows to been seen.

Great service and affordable. Older films especially, are so hard to find and can be so unreasonably priced elsewhere. So many titles to choose from.
