The aftercare from this place is a joke, I brought some Milwaukee M12 tools & batteries 2 weeks ago & my order turned up wrong. No one’s answering the phone or returning emails so I really don’t have a clue how I get my order sorted out. I wish I’d paid more & gone to a better company as I can’t get my order sorted out.

Buy from Amazon instead
Bought a dewalt planner thicknesser for £554.91 as it said fast next day delivery. They took my money and the planner never arrived after a week of trying to get hold of them via e-mail, contact form, phone and message i had to get my bank involved to get the money back. Bought the same from Amazon and it arrived next day and it was a few pounds cheaper in the end! If i could leave them less than 1 star...
