Purchased a Bahco trolley jack. It was competitively priced and in stock. Despatched promptly and delivered quickly. A seamless transaction and would thoroughly recommend DVS power tools.

Excellent service and next day delivery
Excellent service and very fast delivery. I ordered my DeWalt impact wrench and it arrived the very next day, well packaged and exactly as described. The price was excellent too — other suppliers were selling the same product for around £40 more. Very pleased with the price, delivery and overall service. I would definitely buy from this company again. Highly recommended.

Wrong item received - DVS Power Tools will not respond to any contact.
I was sent the wrong item on 22 August 2026. I emailed DVS Power tools on the same day and requested an exchange. I did not received a response. I emailed again on 27 August 2026 and requested a refund. I did not receive a response. I used the online chat function today (8 September 2026). I did not receive a response. I tried calling today. An automated message told me to email. I am now having to request a chargeback. This clearly a company which does not have a contactable customer service, and which does not care about it. It should be avoided.
