Purchased a Bahco trolley jack. It was competitively priced and in stock. Despatched promptly and delivered quickly. A seamless transaction and would thoroughly recommend DVS power tools.

To be honest this was the first time…
To be honest this was the first time using DVS and they were good on delivery & price - the rating is only 3 stars because the product; Tajima CNV-100SP26 10 oz. Convoy Super 26 Caulking Tool. This high viscosity caulk gun has a feature that stops pumping when you stop squeezing - it did not stop the product pumping out.
Admittedly it was still easier to pump thick Soudal Fix All but £24 was a lot of expense spent on a mechanism that does not work correctly and only saves a bit of extra grip force needed on some high viscosity products.

Placed order
Placed order, then cancelled it before they dispatched. They still dispatched even though I didn’t want the item anymore. Nobody answered the phones and email was the only contact. They eventually replied with a returns label… parcel sent back and received. I’ve still not received my refund. What a process. I’d avoid in my opinion.

i had bought tools from them
i had bought tools from them, I send email explaining:
Dear DVS Power Tools,
I am writing regarding my recent online order for two DeWalt power tools.
After receiving the items, I checked the serial numbers and product details against the product codes that were advertised and purchased on your website.
Having double-checked everything, I can confirm that the tools supplied are not the correct products. They are the older versions rather than the newer models that correspond with the product codes and pricing on your website.
As the incorrect items have been sent, I would like to arrange a return and receive a full refund (or the correct replacements, if available).
As this error was not on my part, I would expect the return to be arranged at no cost to me, with a prepaid returns label or collection provided.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm the next steps as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Mario Kudmany

I had ordered these bags from another place which let me down. I then reordered them from DVS and the service was excellent. I was kept informed and it arrived quickly. It was also a better price than the previous place. Highly recommend 👍
