Changing prop firm because this software sucks that bad!!!!
I bought a prop firm account, and unfortunately, they have no other option other than DXTrade, and it SUCKS. I'm used to TOS, and they claim they are the same devs blah blah blah, but I call BS ... I could write a book on all the glitches I have had trying to trade options on there - wont fill at mid even if you place a limit at mid, doesnt fill that until the market price equals your limit ..., mark price on options is suppposed to be mid, but there are MANY occasions where it isn't and since their on chart and dom trading automatically chooses your side based on where you plot on them (and you cant change that stupid functionality) this issue of the mark floating to wherever the hell it wants including at times .10 lower than the bid/ask for like 30 seconds lag - it keeps you from entering at an actual filable price. Half the time, things that are supposed to link don't, you can't click on tabs on the desktop, etc just crappy. It just sucks and I'm about to change prop firms even though I like the firm itself because ITS THAT BAD, and any reviews here saying it's good are probably employees!!!

Simply the worst trading app interface you can find, crashes all the time, can't save layouts properly, absolutely not user friendly at all.
This app seems to have been developed in the 90s
Horrible experience, wish I could use another platform but I'm stuck with it on my prop firm.

The platform is very bad
The platform is very bad. It has constant crashes and slowdowns that are incomprehensible nowadays. It's very limited in terms of customization. Very limited overall.

Horrible platform, SL hit with +4/5 pips on NAS100 and US30, lag, bug with open positions, i can't open my trade today that Will be a TP, loss about 1800 virtual profit...

Dxtrade is THE WORST trading terminal I…
Dxtrade is THE WORST trading terminal I used so far.
It lags, disconnects, you cant make prceise drawings and if you want to remove a drawing, it just deletes everything,.....
I would NOT recommend this terminal to anyone unless they wanted to waste their money.

DX Trades is NOT a good trading…
DX Trades is NOT a good trading software in any way.
It's slow, disconnects you constantly, and has tons of bugs. If you're trading on anything under the 5m you're basically out of luck. The intuitive and common sense tools on most pro level trading systems are missing or severely underdeveloped.

Dx trade is actually one of the worst platforms you can even think about using… this has nothing to do the my4 or other platforms… they really need to get there shit together…. Hands down the worst platform I’ve ever used

poor platform
I'm truly surprised at the good reviews, DX trade is not a good platform, it has potential if they iron out all the bugs and add some standard features. It makes it very difficult to trade quickly, benefits prop firms as it slows you down a lot. Long way to go.

I find it so unstable and laggy. Some propfirms have it as the only option so maybe I would not be so salty if it was not so pushed. I wish features would make me faster but they just have a messy UI.

Based on my experience
Based on my experience, DXtrade strikes the right balance between convenience and performance. Anyone can learn how to use it, even with little trading knowledge and there’s a solid pack of tools integrated (detailed journal, one-click trading, charting suite, etc.).

Hard to quantify
Hard to quantify, but I’d say, for now, the platform is worth around 4 stars. It’s definitely one of the best I’ve tried, yet the abundance of features and tools seemed overwhelming at first. Now I got used to it.
