I bought dual spot solar light online and it didn’t work even for a day. I requested for a return. No response from the company. After so many messages and calls they arranged for a return. But they don’t refund the money. Fraud company.
Horrible service.bought a pressure washer from Amazon stopped working after 7 months.still in warranty mail several times.even complaint in website stating all the details photos invoice videos of it but still no response from them.very pathetic service
Do not buy DYLECT products at all.
Their fan becomes faulty again and again within a very short time. Even after full charging, it runs only for a few minutes and stops. After repair, the same problem continues.
They give false warranty promises but when you ask for help, there is no proper support. No real customer care number, no proper reply to emails, and only useless excuses like change charger, send video, do this, do that.
They keep wasting your time but never give a real solution.
Please save your money and do not trust this brand. If you buy from them, you may also face the same fraud and regret later just like I did.
Purchased Dylect pressure washer directly from official website. Mentioned my GST no while ordering the product and requested the GST invoice. But received the non GST Invoice. When requested for the GST Invoicing they have started misbehaving and refused for the GST Invoicing. Seems to be a fraud with Government and customer. Please avoid dylect
Very poor customer Service. I placed an order for Dylect Car Washer in Dec 2025 & made the payment. But they informed that they had sent through ShipRocket, a crap courier company. However, the product was not delivered till today. I couldn't contact Dylect for resolution / refund. Never order from this company unless you go for Cash on Delivery mode.
I purchased their pressure washer from Amazon and it stopped working in a couple of months. Running behind their customer support to get it fixed and they just do not want to solve it. I have received no replies from them, they just avoid. Stay away from this brand
