I have emailed for help about my account being frozen. I've waited almost a week with no reply. I've called and been on hold for almost an hour everyday with nobody answering the line. This is the worst customer experience ever. It appears that that the contact information is a hoax!!!!

Dynacare Plus - Horrible customer service. A 1800 number that does not answer the phone. Dynacare locations do not know about the PIN that is required and the 1800 does not actually answer your phone. Be careful when you sign up because it is programmed to be on auto renewal. Very good at taking your money, but awful customer service.

Upbeat Staff
Nanette she was so sweet, friendly, outgoing. She made my experience wonderful. I always you to the location on danforth near main street across KFC. My mom and I love coming here.
Poor Service
They do not make appointments. Showed up minutes after opening and had a 2+ hours wait. When required to fast for 12 or more hours this is wait is unacceptable!
The young lady who was my technician at 1221 Greenbank was great. However I can not say the same for some staff just mulling around - looking busy. Staff should not book patients in the early appointment times when NO fasting was required

I struggle to give a rating. The staff are great but overworked and underpaid. We need a Canadian company in Canada!! Do we want unhappy, underpaid staff working for a greedy profit based company gathering our medical information?

Am currently at baseline Bayshore location. Was told to come in at 1130 when signing in online. It is now 1245 and no blood test.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Online sign in means nothing. They only have 1 staff working. They've been "on lunch" since 11am, that's the excuse.
I took today off to get errands done and this 2 min blood test has taken almost 2 hours of my time.
Management needs to be held accountable.

Had blookdwork a few days ago, the nurse was amazing. I looked up wondering when she was going to start and to my surprise she had already finished taking blood. It was gentle and painless..
If you see her on your first visit, you will always want to return.

When you try to call the recording tells you to email, after many emails still no response. Trying to call them frustrating as they do not answer the phone.
Cannott see results unless pay$$$
Staff ok, but this patronizing company will not let you see your results unless you pay $$. Go elsewhere. Free elsewhere
I am new to Dynacare
I am new to Dynacare, registered, various text verification codes, accepted my credit card no trouble, then could not log in to obtain my lab results. Called customer service, 36 minutes on hold being told "how important" I was and that "call volume was higher than expected". We all know this is a bold faced lie. This is a business decision on the part of Gamma-Dynacare to short staff the call Centre to save dollars at the bottom line and bold face lie to callers waiting for assistance, hoping callers are just not bright enough to know the truth. This speaks to the integrity of the company, its values and how it sees it's clients and in truth how gullible they think we are. So not only is the wait and messaging disingenuous so too is by extension the insult to its customer base of being not only a low priority but presumably not intelligent enough to see through their deception.

I found the entire experience so efficient. I went in person, handed in my form, given an approximate time and told I would be called on my cell when they were ready for me. I was able to get a couple of errands done and then received the text. Once back onsite I was immediately taken in and five minutes later was walking out the door. Ami took my blood and she managed to find a vein immediately (it usually takes them longer) . Her friendly and easy going manner was lovely.

I've gone to the Eagleson and Stonehaven location for years. I had Amit Ghom today and it went very well. After signing in I went home!!!!! They texted me 10 minutes before my place in the lineup. The timing was excellent.

Dynacare located on hurontario and Queensway is really the best . There is a senior phlebotomist there his name is GARY he’s the best person who ever took my blood in Mississauga and I would have to say I had hundreds of blood test . He’s kind patient very professional and always makes me laugh and feel comfortable. He’s flawless I have never felt any pain , bruising or bleeding. Mind you all the girls are also great and the place is so clean and a very good atmosphere. I never had a bad experience there but Gary is truly the best and treats his patients with care . We as patients feel a little anxiety when we have to get our blood taken . But when I go there and I see Gary I always wished he would take my blood . To all the girls there you also are very lovely and thank you for your service .

Paid $10 to join DynacarePlus then was locked out of the site so I couldn't review my lab results.
I've now been on the phone for over an hour at their customer care centre.
This place has gone to the dogs
This place has gone to the dogs. I booked online for a test. At the time it said 40 minutes so I figured go and get other stuff done. The system sent me a message that my time was close to come in. I got there was checked in by a worker. 40 minutes later m still here. The staff is frustrated and the clients are getting their backlash. All these individuals paying cash for their services. I’m sorry but there should be a system where people paying cash wait. The time keeps increasing on the monitor they keep adding time to the wait. It’s now been an hour and forty five minutes.
Bizzare corporate dysfunction
Paid to get my results on line. It didn't work. Multiple emails to fix this went unanswered. Finally cancelled the service. They kept billing my card for the next five years anyway despite numerous complaints. Finally, at bank's advice, cancelled the credit card. Finally, yesterday, almost ten years later, someone emails me about 'your problem' and then when I explain the situation start ghosting me. Again.
Suzi was friendly
Suzi was friendly. She made me feel like a person. Also my wait time was very reasonable. The screen that displays the wait time is a great idea.
