Beautiful topper, even though the one I had ordered ended up being sold out, I had an email the following day to apologise. I also appreciated the hand written note with my new choice apologising again.

Very disappointing
I have received my birthday present yesterday (earrings, a ring, and bracelet). All came nicely packed. But, the bracelet is well worn, with many scratches. It was not a sale item and cost at about $200. It was very very disappointing. It’s first time I had so bad experience with Dyrberg Kern.
