Penny is amazing! Nothing was /is a problem. The lady in the Merivale store was so lovely, we had a great play in the shop and bought another couple of things with more purchases in mind. Cant wait to go back to Christchurch again!!

Great service - I bought two pairs of earrings and they emailed to ask whether I wanted separate packaging or not. The earrings were delivered really quickly, and came with a personalised note.

Re my recent online purchase - Had I seen this product in store I would not have purchased. The pendant drop on the earrings looks and feels like plastic. Dare I say it - tacky! ☹️
