I ordered the wrong nozzle
I received the wrong nozzle. It is 0.6mm 1.75 but does not fit the dyzend pro hotend. I purchased in a link from the duzend pro extruder page on the dyze design website.
I went back and checked the site and this was my error. I am changing my review because the quality of packaging and the nozzle itself look excellent, I just selected the wrong size. I missed the visual chart at the bottom. I hope they can process my return in a timely manner. Sorry for any confusion I've caused.

I was super excited to receive my .04mm…
I was super excited to receive my .04mm CARBIDE nozzle from Dyze design, but when it arrived I appear to have ONLY received a hardened STEEL nozzle. (As a journeyman machinist I can quickly tell the difference in material). Hopefully they can correct this mistake considering the $73USD I paid for it.

Our sales team are already in contact with you regarding this issue. You did receive our "tungsten carbide nozzle".
As stated on our website, our nozzle is what you could call an "insert-type" nozzle, meaning that only the tip is made of tungsten carbide. The body is made of high thermal conductivity steel. We are using a joining manufacturing process, and then, the whole nozzle is coated using electroless nickel.
I'm sorry about the confusion and if the information provided on our website wasn't clear enough.
Stay assure, however, that the nozzle will provide the advertised performance and wear resistance.

Good products but very bad delivery experience.
You guys and girls make great things but the experience we had during the order was quite not good. Long delays, total blackout during the order, info emails where coming too late, confirmation emails completely offset with the reality. Also, the delivery experience (and tracking) was very poor while using Poste Canada. We are on the other side of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge and it took soooo much time to receive! I strongly recommend that you switch to Purolator in the future and check out your internal order process. Keep going, building a strong and efficient company is not an easy task and growing too fast can lead to this kind of situation I guess.

The nozzles work very well, especialli with highly metal filled filaments, but the threat is 0.5mm shorter than the original E3D nozzle. So you have to adjust the counterthread of the heatbreak in the heatblock to get a sealed connection

Thanks for your nice feedback. We are aware of this little design "flaw". It was the only way to have one nozzle that can fit any M6 thread hotend blocks. (like makerbot or flashforge). Still, this design choice won't affect your performance and quality at all! :)

Would have been nice to have different lengths to choose from for the leads, and hose.

Excellent product, fast shipment, very good customer service.
I'm using the nozzle for 3 days now and it works like a charm. I'm going to play with faster printing maybe.
Shipment is rather expensive (Canada to Europe) but fast. And you receive frequent updates b
I made a mistake when ordering (wrong size) and customer service replied very fast and altered the order.
Nozzle was in a nice box. Unfortunately, this was damaged, probably during transport. Nozzle was still fine, due to good packaging

Vous me faites payer 26,26 de frais de port et en plus DHL me facteur 38,20 de taxe. En tout, 54,46 € de frais pour une commande de 120€ ..... c'est vraiment lamentable. En plus les "Latch Groove Mount (DyzeXtruder GT)" les vis vis M3 ne sont pas comprises et ne sont pas dans les pièces de rechange.
Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez vous et vous pouvez me croire que jr ferai passer le message.

Nous sommes désolé de constater votre insatisfaction. Nous comprenons qu'il peut être onéreux d'importer des produits outremer, c'est pourquoi nous avons mis en place un réseau de distribution dans plusieurs pays, notamment en Europe: https://dyzedesign.com/fr/trouver-un-revendeur/. Vous pouvez faire affaire directement avec un de nos distributeur afin de sauver, non seulement, des frais d'expedition, mais aussi des taxes.
Tous nos produits sont vendus hors taxes (HT) et livré “rendu droits non acquittés”. De ce fait, il se peut bien qu’à l’entrée au pays, DHL se fasse réclammer les taxes (VAT) sur le colis par les douanes de votre pays. DHL assume donc les taxes à l’entrée afin de pouvoir vous livrer le colis, mais ensuite vous demande de rembourser cette somme (ce qu’on appelle un C.O.D). Malheureusement, le fait de devoir payer des taxes sur les produits n’est pas de notre ressort, ni celui du transporteur. Il s'agit d'une legislation que nous ne pouvons pas contourner (https://www.douane.gouv.fr/fiche/achats-distance-e-commerce-internet).
En ce qui concerne le manque de vis M3 dans votre commande, il s'agit d'une petite erreur de la part de notre équipe manutention. Normalement, cela aurait dû être inclus.
Désolé encore une fois pour votre insatisfaction. Offrir un bon service et que nos clients soient satisfaient fait partit de nos valeurs principales. Nous tâchons d'offrir le meilleur et prenons à coeur vos commentaires.

Incredibly Helpful
I goofed and somehow paid twice between PayPal and the order page. A quick email and they took care of the problem on the next business day. My order shipped and arrived a few days later. The packaging was top notch and so is the product. Can't wait to install it and nerd out for a few hours when the kids are asleep.
