Trying to buy something and that stupid prove you are human does not work and then you go on that live chat that is a total waste of time

I ordered a Schatz clock from e-bay. The Google chrome website gave me lots of options for the same clock so I chose e-bay as I use them frequently. The price was competetive but not overly so. delivery was scheduled for the 13-18the December. On 20th december I got a letter fromParcel Post requiring£77.20 in duty & other chrged. When I bought it there was no mention of the supplier being based in the EU indeed the only location reference was London. There was also no menton of there being a liability for impoprt duties. It has now become by far the most expensive of the options shown on Chrome. My message is don't use e-bay. They did not highlight thie consequent liabilty and I have encountered this before. I regard this as exceptionally sharp practice.

I bought an item that isnt fit for purpose and have been trying to return it for a refund and to talk to an agent but the process is impossible it just keeps returning to the same questions the process is complete rubbish and not at all helpful.

Tried to contact ebay to make a complaint about ebay but there is no way to complain. For one item they cancelled a sale/order without letting me know and for another item when I accepted an offer (twice within the 24hours) it was not recorded and therefore it expired, I think it is time another marketplace.

Further to my last comment where they closed my perfectly run account they suspended for god knows what reason which they wont say?? ive broken no laws or e bay policies yet still shut me down
I spoke to an advisor who said my account would be reinstated in 24hrs as done nothing wrong but instead they locked me out so i cant even sign in ?? They have £780 of my money which hasnt been released and cant even see whats happening with it fees are paid at source everything delivered no return requests etc etc etc but still keeping my funds ??? Seems they are trying to steal it i cant even call them .this is a seriously corrupt dodgy company who treat good sellers with utter contempt so plz be aware they arent as good as they make out on the tv ads not even close they drive sellers nuts .stay away if you have any sense

Rip off e bay. I ordered an item from e bay . It never arrived. It was only £2.60 . Hardly the point though . E bay tell me now no refund will be made . I thought there were laws against this . It's what's called a rip off . It isn't the money it's the fact i never recieved my goods . Shame i can't give no stars . I'll never order from this bunch of crooks again . Rip off

Ive made a complaint to e bay and they won't allow the customer to state product is fake ,for the reason to return it .this must be due to e bay knowing there clients are selling fake products. Unless this is tackled how can we has human beings expect to live a just life in every aspect . And we wonder why disrespect is prevelant in every day life . Shame on those profiting from ruining lives.

I recently sold a Mobility Scooter to a lady through E bay after nine days she wanted to return the item as it did not match description I did not agree, Item was described correctly The Lady concerned took out a Payment Dispute for £400 with Pay pal to which I found my funds for selling on hold with Ebay I was not paid £400 by EBay only £346.82 as they took fees I now have a on hold amount of £363 34 which is more then I owe I have today spoken to EBay who refuse to lift the hold even though I have more items to sell which will increase the hold money even more this According to Ebay this could go on up to eight weeks, hence July I'm a old age pensioner trying to make a little money to add to my pension Why is it that these big companies have lack of empathy with their customers & sellers

They have applied fees on my postage figure when the buyer collected.
They make it virtually impossible to contact them and I will not use them to sell as they make it so difficult to contact them to sort out any issues.

I ordered two small boxes of haemogloblin capsules to supplement the lack of iron in my blood, as advised by my Dr, via my E bay account. It was acknowledged by the company , and my order alledgedly delivered, by placing the package in my letter box.The provider/company ayushindia insist they were delivered, when my letter box would not be large enough to take the package, and is used forletters only. I have received a most discourteous reply for the order to be resent, and told it was delivered, no further action will be taken by the company. What am I suposed to do now ?

Chinese flea market trade and sub standard hustlers now dominate this site. Buyer beware!If things go wrong all e bay wants is feedback. Well here's some...this site used to be worth a search and have purchased many items but overun with chancers now and goods supplied not as specified and sellers argue the toss with you. Probably won't Ebay again Etsy is better and happier paying a few quid extra and getting what I paid for

Anyone who deals with these clowns needs their heads tested besides mine theyve closed sellers account without reason or explanation even with loads of sales and great feedback they wont tell you why either leaving sellers in the dark im owed just under £500 by them from sales been waiting nigh on 3 months still no funds from them
Thought they might be better after coming away from paypal but they a lot worse .if you have a prob unless its on a screen in front of them for an answer they are lost also they have no experts in any fields so totally clueless .they treat sellers even good ones with utter contempt avoid this lot if pos .high fees paid to for an abismal service

Desværre var jeg dum nok til at stole på at mit kontonummer ikke ville blive misbrugt. I ordered and paid for an item trough E-BAY. The seller was a company called. HELTHMAGASIN1.
Not only it took an unreasonable long time for the item to reach me, but this organizatgion only send half of my paid for order. They missled me and tried to convince EBAY that the have sent me the order. LIES LIES LIES...... The order was placed on the 28th August. I am still wating to recover the items I ordered and paid for.
Beware citiziens of the world, be very careful with this unreasonable, basic,bully organization. Think twice before spending your hard earned cash on Healthmagasin1 You have been warned

Whilst most sellers are ok, they all seem to rely on totally useless couriers for their deliveries. I have again received a notice that my item has been delivered but it hasn't.
Tyring to contact ebay is a joke. Their online help takes you around in circles and answers nothing and there is no help line so you just lose your money.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY .. I Purchased a hisense fridge freezer off e bay commerce ..which has the policy your money guaranteed with e bay money BACK guarantee . If the item is not as advertised . Now you'd think well that looks safe .I purchase something g that's faulty or not as advertised the item goes back and my monies are safe ....... yeah right .....this actually fraud by omission . And this is how it works if you're not familiar with how this shoddy american outfit works hand in hand with paypal which I'll go into in my next review .....so you see an item say for £1000 let's say a 150 kilo fridge freezer advertised as new other .( meaning it's supposed to work perfectly but has a few dinks or scratches....at the bottom it says in RED LETTERING Returns accepted ....so you think fair enough you buy it and think its returns accepted you buy the item whether with their accomplice paypal or cash ....Now the item arrives you find its faulty so you get in contact with e bay or paypal now if you use paypal for payment they'll ask you to open a resolution or a case against e bay .then when you open a resolution you'll be told paypal will contact the seller and if they don't reply in 10 days paypal will find in your favour and then tell you you'll get a refund as soon as you return the item ...however when you contact the seller they hum and haw and then after many calls and emails they'll ask you to return the item .You in all honesty ask then "when they'll collect it . They'll answer oh no its your job to return it . Have you any idea how much it costs to hire a Luton van with a back hoist to take back this 150 kilo fridge freezer .After phoning around the cheapest price I could find was £160 pounds . The misnomer returns accepted is deceitful by omission . And you only find this out when you're a new buyer and not familiar how ebay commerce really work...if you purchase something quite big and you want peace of mind you have to scan the ad and description for these RETURNS ACCEPTED Items as then the onus is on you to pay for the return . The addendum postage and returns FREE ....Must be what you look for Never mind the item you can find the same item with others that do accept their returns free of charge . Now PAYPAL are also culpable as when you contact them they'll tell you sorry can't help you but might be willing to share the cost of returning something which in my case was £80 which means I'm still out of pocket to the tune of £80 ....its a fraud perputated by e bay in conjunction with paypal the willing accomplice.......why on earth anyone should buy something in good faith and then find out its faulty and be expected to pay the return postage is absolutely fraudulent . If the item is faulty the company should not be selling it as new . The onus cannot be placed on the buyer to pay for a return for something sent out by a company that is faulty and not fit for purpose .but day after day new comers to e bay are fleeced in this way with paypal a willing participant.....

I did order a pump suspension for my car that the seller assured me will work, obviously the pump didn't work so I try returning to the seller and they rejected my return! I get in touch with ebuy and for god knows a reason they can't do anything! So 100% no any money back! I personally advise anyone in this world try to think twice before make a buy at this guys! If you work hard for your money don't even think to order from here! Stay away people!
