Voilà que maintenant le site demande une copie de la carte d'identité ou du passeport et une copie d'une facture d'EDF ou autre datant de moins de trois mois, tout ça pour soi disant débloquer le compte.
Je veux mettre en garde les internautes contre cette pratique et surtout de ne jamais envoyer une copie d'un document officiel prouvant votre identité.

left negative feedback

I am writing this review at my disgust on how e bay treat there sellers in the UK. I have been left negative feedback by a unhappy customer regarding an item I sold. This was the first contact by the customer regarding this and I totally disagree with this feedback. I then rang e bay customer service regarding my concern's. I was put through to some person who struggled speaking English to me that I could barley understand what they were saying to me. She then put me on to her manager who was slightly more understanding but was unable to help me due to there terms and conditions. I was never asked for a REFUND OR RETURN they just left - feedback ITS A DISGRACE.

As a regular seller and lover of EBay I feel I have to add a review about my experience with their Money Back Guarantee - favoured by Buyers. It gives a Buyer a free return at the cost of honest sellers even when their is strong evidence that the item worked when sold. Is there any future plans ffor Ebay to review this and work more with Sellers rather than siding with Buyers #disappointedseller

E bay is overly seller biased.. I pay the item is not delivered it takes from the 28th November until 15th December before I can open an issue.. this is not fair.. this is my money.. that in my opinion has been fraudulently taken and now with held.. e bay need to consider their payment system as this will be the last time I order from a one to one personal seller.. this has happened on more than one occasion.. feel very powerless

Global Shipping Programme

I have been an e-bayer for years and have had some good experiences, however, since the introduction of the Global Shipping Programme things have gone pear-shaped. I live in Ireland and have found that delivery to Ireland by UK suppliers using the GSP is atrocious. Not only does the "middle man" handling extend the delivery times the operatives at the GSP centre often do not correctly address the packages and omit contact telephone numbers and other relevant details. When this happens it is a nightmare to track the parcel and no sense can be obtained from e-bay. Their communication all but non-existant.

I’ve just had a terrible experience…

I’ve just had a terrible experience with an eBay seller MrsUk2009. I bought a four pack of highlighters and paid via PayPal. I was then accused by the seller of not paying. I sent them proof of funds sent via PayPal. They still denied receiving the funds. Then a couple of days later they cancelled my order. I received several curt emails from them. So I decided to phone eBay. I was told it was because they had an unverified PayPal account.

So I decided because of the way the seller had dealt with me, that I would leave negative feedback. Only to find out a couple of days later that eBay had removed it. So I phoned eBay again, where I was told that they had decided to remove it as it would damage the sellers business?? Despite them giving me the worst service I’ve experienced in all my years using the site.

The feedback that I left was not abusive neither were any of the responses to their messages.

Does this not contravene all buyers rights??

I shall never use EBay again. What power does this give to the buyers if they take away your right to leave honest reviews of your experience. A total sham.

Bought a C-Skins wetsuit from Freeze…

Bought a C-Skins wetsuit from Freeze Pro Shop through E-Bay. Money was drawn from my account and 3 days later the order was cancelled. The money has just been returned but the amount is GBP 11 less through PayPal. Will never use Freeze Pro Shop or E-Bay again.

Had enough of this company as a seller

Had enough of this company as a seller, have 100% feedback, over 600 stupid stars, but when a buyer is clearly lying , e bay will always side with them, no matter what. Customer service is non existence, they work in conjunction with PayPal, ( that’s another story ) but overall I have come to the conclusion both company’s are clues less, unprofessional, and for want of a better word, gangsters.

Ordered a kindle cse on 3rd January…don;t bother with Chinese sellers

Ordered a kindle case on 3rd January from company with an English sounding name only to find out it was from China after I ordered it and got confirmation and then find it can take up to 19th February. It could have gone on a round the world cruise quicker. Tried contacting e bay they don't want to know before 19th February - ridiculous - don't buy anything from China - hopeless.

Very bad company

Very bad company , I am a private seller, sold a car part and the buyer sent it back saying it was not as described . When it came back it looked like it was not my part. I told E/BAY and all they said according to internet selling there was nothing I could do. For this I had to give a full refund ,and then I could not give neg/ feedback. Before I sold the part I had it checked out by two main dealers and they both said it was a good part.

False feedbacks approved by e-bay.co.uk

I bought the cellphone from e-bay. It was telling "new, unlocked and sealed". It came not new, locked, not sealed and with other problems of functioning. Trying to get help of e-bay : it's impossible. So it's me who has to solve the problem with seller. Ok,after spending 1 day and a half for solving that problem and sending the phone back, I got refunded the cost of the cellphone but not of the shipping fees to send it back. Ok, so I write a feedback all like it was: the phone was not new, blocked and not working and got only partial refund of shipping it back. After some minutes it gets deleted!!! So I contact the e-bay.co.uk and they tell me, that as long as the cost of the cellphone was refunded I can't even write that the seller is selling not working cellphones and not refund all shipping fees back as he declare to do on his page!!! Those people are not interested in truth , they are only interested that their big sellers have good feedbacks, so they sell more and the E-bay makes more money!!! Then it's pure customers who has to run and to send it back spending their time and money!!! Never anymore!

Køb af bøger

Bestilte 4 bøger. Alt fungerede. Da datoen for lovet levering var overskredet, kontaktede jeg E Bay. De beklagede, at bøgerne ikke var kommet til tiden. Pengene blev betalt retur samme dag, og var på min konto 2 dage efter. 😉😉.
Har tidligere købt bøger, som blev leveret lang tid før lovet 👍👍

E bay fraud with one click bid

E bay fraud with one click bid. I got mail from E bay UK with some bid for music pedal I pres touch on my Iphone by accidentally after that I can not cancel the bid. This is classical internet fraud I can not believe that company like E - bay is using such dirty tricks. I check on help on my E bay accout but E - bay do not wont to remove such stupid fraud like one click bid.
I deleted all E bay programs from my mobile and I unscribe from e bay account but e mail messages for bidding is coming again what is more crazier for same product E buy UK such scam.

Scum bags

Been an e-bayer since 2006, bought an item that never arrived. Opened a dispute, and sided with the seller, Appealed and lost, Dispute providing conclusive, concrete evidence I never received the item.

They don't give a crap about honest buyers as long as they get there sellers %. Absolute money grabbing scumbags. Payment protection? Like hell.

I will never EVER use ebay again and will do everything in my power to discourage friends, family, work colleges even strangers in the street from using them. I was wasn't that surprised to see the same situation off buyers being ripped off again and again on here and will be referring everyone i know to these reviews.

E - Bay og troværdighed

Bestilte og betalte for over et halvt år siden en GPS med USA kort men fik en forkert med Europa. E- Bay lovede at fikse det.. Tror der er en computer der svarer. Man kan åbenbart ikke rigtigt stole på dem.. Har endnu ikke modtager det jeg har bestilt trods utallige henvendelser.

Stressful

After I've been shopping at E-bay, I keep advertising mail from them, even though I have asked them to stop. "And so good was not the deal either. It took 3 weeks to get the item delivered. So I could as well act in China. You must think carefully before trading via E-bay

Bzar-sparks via E-Bay gave me 100% DISSATISFACTION

This review is for a company that I purchased something via E-bay. The company is called bzar-sparks. My order was

Your order contains the following items:

PL12 - Palma PL12 Student Classical Guitar 1/2 Size Natural Starter Kit Gig Bag Strap

It arrived in good time, as I made it totally clear that as a song-writer, I was taking the guitar in my suit-case a couple of days later, as airlines are tending to charge for taking full-size guitars. Legally, it appears that neither E-Bay or Bzar-sparks have done anything wrong here, yet myself as the customer is left 100% UNSATISFIED and am taking it further.
YOU SEE THE ITEM ARRIVED WITHOUT THE GIG BAG AND STRAP. I would like them. I paid that price in good faith. The gig-bag and strap were in the header f the item. Bzar-sparks contacted me stating that it was totally their fault, but did nothing. I've asked at least twice.

E-bay e-mailed me stating that they'd made a decision in my favour.

"We'd like to inform you that Customer Support has made a final decision about your case. We'll issue you with a full refund."

I'D JUST E-MAILED SAYING THAT I WAS GOING ABROAD WITH THE ITEM which was why I bought it. I DO NOT WANT A REUND, I WANT WHAT I ORDERED. I will put reviews all over the internet.

Bzar-sparks say that they give 100% customer satisfaction. They haven't.
I never give up. Now I will not go near e-bay. They should have told bzar-sparks to send the items that I ordered and should still do so. Who anyway, has the time to pack and send back items that are erroneous, but in this case the guitar is fine. So, has the UK reached a place where customers do not receive what they've ordered and are just told, send it back. That doesn't urge companies to really send out the right items.
I've just put reviews of 3 superb companies on Trust Pilot which for me is a superb service. Thank you, I will speak my truth.
