Great company. Customer service is easily contactable and they are excellent to deal with. Can’t praise them enough and will 100% use them again.

I ordered a front light for my bike through E bikesdirect which unfortunately malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. I contacted the company about the matter and their customer service was absolutely superb. They took the matter up with the supplier, kept me constantly appraised of what was going on and arranged a replacement.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them (especially Danny who was my point of contact) and I couldn’t fault their service.

Ordered a bike for my daughter’s birthday and had exceptional customer service from Davey. Couldn’t ask for any better service! Quick response to issues encountered. If only all companies had a Davey! Xx

Ordered a bike lock a day before the 4 day Jubilee weekend and received it 5 days later. Wasn't expecting that, thought maybe middle of the week. Pleased with the lock, diamond rated, for the best price I could find.

Purchased a new £1700 Ebike, but there were communications/customer service problems. After leaving a review of my experience of the company here, I recieved a phone call from the Gen Manager to help resolve the issues. The issues were resolved. The company has many positive reviews, so I can only assume that my experience was untypical of their day to day operation. Would I buy from them again ? - yes, I believe I would.

Amazing customer service. Davey is an absolute superstar who managed to save us from some serious birthday blues and the wrath of a 2 year old!!

My issue was sorted and rectified within 24 hours, all deliveries tracked and able to be monitored. Absolutely outstanding service. I can’t praise these guys highly enough. Absolutely stellar service.

I bought my Raleigh Grand Tour in July 2019 from E-bikes direct at a big discount presumably because it was "last year's colour"! All went well unto until April this year when all of a sudden the battery just stopped working. It was 8 months out of warranty but quite low mileage. Darren said if I could photograph the battery including the mileage and send the photo's to him, he would ask Bosch if they could supply a new battery FoC as a gesture of goodwill. He wasn't confident but Bosch came up with the goods. The new battery is now on charge and I'm raring to go. So thanks to Darren (and Bosch) for going above and beyond their legal responsibilities. Good customer service from E-bikes Direct.

I bought a Basis Beacon E bike a few months ago. Service was great delivery fantastic and product is excellent. I did some research on this model and although I am not the smallest of guys I was worried around the distance this would propel my oversized body 😅 its great really great. Its given me the enthusiasm to get back to a better level of fitness ....over all super happy thank you

I ordered a princess bike for my daughter and after the transaction went through it was just a couple of minutes after 13:00 meaning I just missed out on next day delivery. I emailed them to see if there was any way they could ship today meaning I’d get the bike tomorrow just because I was a couple of minutes past the deadline and Davey sorted this for me! So prompt and efficient! Every place needs a Davey! Can’t wait to see my little girls face tomorrow! Thank you Davey!

Simply outstanding company

I ordered one tractor and received two by mistake,
when I called Ebikes to notify them, I spoke to Davey who was so helpful and got clearance from Richard to let us keep the second tractor which we've donated to a neighbour's little one. thanks so much

Purchased a Forme Peak Trail 1E from these guys and I must say I'm well pleased with the bike and the service shown, especially as the delivery had to be corrected as we were away over the Easter period and not available to accept delivery on the original schedule. The bike was extremely well packaged in bubble wrap within the carton ensuring it was well protected during transit and all I had to do at my end was to adjust the seat and handle bars and finally attach the pedals before charging up the battery ready for the first ride. There was also a tick list showing all the post assembly checks made on the bike (arranged by Matt) before dispatch ensuring the bike was in full working order on receipt. Having just completed 20 miles this morning on its first real outing I can honestly say I'm well pleased with my purchase. I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone considering the purchase of an e-bike.

Excellent customer service. Replied to emails promptly and was very helpful when an issue arose (nothing to do with quality of item) and resolved the issue quickly. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend to friends.

Ordered a Basis Beacon 14ah (not a bad starter ebike) was surprised how well made and solid it was.
After developing an issue I emailed the sellers and within hours they've gone above and beyond to put my mind at rest and send out a new part for me to try.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.. So used to being fobbed off these days with companies just taking your money and running. Really glad I used them and would again in a heartbeat.

Do not purchase from this store!
Total lack of customer service and refuse any warranty!
My 4 year old had only used his bike 4 or 5 times in 4 months and the crank dropped to pieces.
You’ve been warned, wish I’d have read other reviews before making my purchase.
