J ai commandé une foldimate, soit disant sur un site officiel. Le colis devait arriver sous 15 jours. Plus d un mois que j attend. Ne répond plus à mes messages. J ai fait un virement bancaire sur un compte en Allemagne et depuis ils proposent de faire un virement sur un compte français. Du bidon ... Des escrocs...

It’s a scam... I ordered and paid for the machine, I received an email confirming payment but... the machine never arrived. I did some research and discovered that the money for the purchase of the equipment goes into a French online account.... I contacted them, explained the whole situation, but their response was that they won’t refund my money and can’t do anything about it either. Clearly, some crafty individual is using the website – which, incidentally, belongs to a company that’s gone bust – to divert payments into a personal bank account.

ARNAQUE COMPLETE Commande passée paiement effectué mais aucune suite malgré une vingtaine de relances. Je dépose une plaite pour la forme mais sait-on jamais

Méfiez-vous c'est l'arnaque de siècle, une fois le virement est envoyé aucune réponse pour suivre la commande !!!!

I bought the foldimate from the EFOLDIMATE page on the internet. After i was already paying a lot of money told me to add 100€ more than the average one costed to get the newest one that was a bit more expensive( like the money they will get for free wasn’t enough).After this i told them no i want the old model i did the payment after that we will send you the delivery once we receive the money, we are having some problems with the deliveries, it will be delivered in two days, we are in contact with fedEx, it will be delivered today. And it never came. Please watch out and don’t make the same mistake like me.
Never buy from the pages where it says foldimate the company doesn’t exist anymore they went bankrupt at2021, i had to learn it the hard way.
I hope the scammers never do good in their life for making other people life harder.

I purchased two machines in January, and have not received my the product or an answer from the company, I’d like my money back or my products delivered, this company is a joke and a Scam

I didn’t purchase but I’m warning you. It’s a scam. The address is California they’re asking for a wire transfer and euros 😂 also the address for the company if u google map it is a house in California lol. Cmon they can’t even scam well. Don’t fall for this. Trust there will be a robot affordable for laundry one day.. just like floor robots. Be patient don’t fall for this awful scam. Might pay a visit to that house w the money I was gonna use for the robot 🫣 knock knock

Arnaque total, j ai été victime d’escroquerie. J ai été gourmande au vu du tarif intéressant, je pensais enfin qu’il y avait une boutique en France, représentant la marque et la vente . Donc il m’ont quand même remboursé le délais de remboursement de 14€. Affaire à suivre .

I fell for this scam. I had thought that I would be able to see through a scam like this. I have been waiting for my product for over a month now and all the mails to them have not been answered. Please do send money.

I have paid them, but I did not get a product. I tried to contact them, but no result. It has been over a month now. I should have searched for reviews before ordering..

BETRUG! Man findet mehrere Fake-shops dieser Art! Unter anderem auch "foldimate.website"! Passt auf! Das Produkt ist nie in den Verkauf gegangen, das Unternehmen wurde geschlossen! Wenn man bezahlt, sieht man sein Geld nie wieder und erhält kein Produkt. Ich spreche aus persönlicher Erfahrung!

J’ai acheté un appareil au mois d’août 2023, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Ils me relancent avec un mail au mois de janvier 2024 me disant que ma commande va être expédiée mais si je paie à nouveau pour avoir un numéro de suivi. J’ai encore envoyé un mail disant que c’était déjà payé mais toujours pas de réponse. Je désespère et je sais que jamais je ne recevrai mon appareil.

Het originele bedrijf foldimate is failliet gegaan, deze oplichters hebben de naam overgenomen en bestelen burgers.

The original company filed for bankruptcy. FoldiMate no longer exists.
The sites you see online are scammers pretending to be FoldiMate.
