e-gener8 were fantastic from start to finish in completing my solar PV and storage solution. The whole team was focussed on my needs as a customer and handled queries, listed building planning delays and installation challenges with great patience and good humour. The team completed a pre-installation survey before deposit payment and followed-up closely right through the process. A smaller company using local folks to do great work at competitive prices - I'd heartily recommend them.

We did a lot of research before getting our solar panels and we were almost tempted by the big names of the electricity companies, but we decided to go with E-gener8 because they could answer all of the nit picky questions that I had and were so patient and knowledgeable. Always honest about every aspect of the installation and what was and wasn’t possible (mostly about what cables would be visible and where the batteries would go!)

We are so glad we made the right decision. E-gener8 have been amazing from start to finish. They worked to schedule, actually a bit quicker. Our solar panels are exceeding the power estimates that we were given and we are already saving more than we thought on our bills!

They have been really helpful with post installation support too and have been really quick at responding to my questions whilst refining the app settings. I can’t recommend E-genera8 highly enough. Thank you 🤩

The experience with e-gener8 was seamless from start to finish. They were patient with my husband and me, having no experience at all in this type of thing. The electrician and roofers were really friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the workings on the app. So far, incredibly pleased with the result.

Compared to others initial contact was good with good advice and took into consideration shade (amazed how many others quoted without consideration) .
All questions I had were answered and any concerns considered and sorted with no fuss.
Installation was spot on and quick with no mess left.
All certificates provided very quickly.
All insurance backed but doubt it will be needed as this company deserve to do well.

From the initial contact with Jacob the salesman right through to the completion of the job everyone was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had regarding the feasibility of solar, the installation process and any future maintenance requirements. The cost for the job was exactly what they said without any hidden sales gimmicks that were involved in some other quotes we had. All in all a company that was a pleasure to work with.

The engineers came on time did a very neat and tidy job left no mess and took away all the rubbish
They also explained all the controls and app use and have constantly kept messaging me to check that I have full control of the system what more could you ask for

e-gener8 recently installed me solar panels with battery storage. The service from start to finish was brilliant. Initially, Jacob provided a really competitive and detailed quote (I had 5 quotes in total) and answered any questions I had over the next couple of days along with Joe. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. After speaking to, and researching, all of the companies who provided quotes I felt most comfortable with e-gener8. I had a short home survey a few days later to confirm the planned installation was viable and then just a few days later the G99 application was complete and the installation was booked. The installation team were superb, really friendly, very efficient and professional. Once complete, the electrician, Daz, talked me through the app and signposted me to lots of YouTube videos for any queries I may have later down the line. Less than a week later and I now have the DNO and MCS paperwork and have already signed up for a SEG tariff. Overall, I’m super impressed with e-gener8 and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels. In a market that can be a bit of a minefield, a huge thank you to the e-gener8 team for making the process simple, honest and efficient. Top work. Thanks again. Carl

E-gener8 made the whole process simple. They sent out the fitters to do a site survey, they spent time explaining the quote to me and the options I had, and they were able to provide 12 months interest free credit through a third party.

They checked all the boxes with regards to the system that would work best for me, and though I had the panels fitted mid summer, it's clear that I've exported more energy than I have pulled from the grid. Hopefully, it'll work as well in winter, but so far, compared to the comparison quote I had from another party, I have struck gold on the first attempt.

Great company. Nothing is too much trouble. From answering the million questions I had, adjusting the quotes to suit our requirements as we started to understand what we actually needed, right through to the excellent installation team. There was a slight miscommunication on the switch for power cuts but they very quickly addressed the problem. I spoke to a number of companies in our search. I would highly recommend e-gener8 to anyone considering solar panels. Outstanding team, customer service and fantastic products. We’re very happy with our new system!

My experience with e-gener8 has been exceptional. The installation process was smooth and easy. I was worried it would be a mess and a hassle to get everything set up and running but they made sure that my solar panels, battery and inverter were perfectly integrated into my home. I haven't had any issues since the installation and have seen a huge drop in my energy bills. If you're considering switching to solar energy, I would absolutely recommend e-gener8 they are an outstanding company.

Very helpful Joe gave us a price fast and no nonsense approach turned did the full install very fast and works well guys who fitted all very good, added more batteries later, installed better capacity panels than quoted very are in todays world that people do what they say, but, e-gener8 did just that well done dont hesitate buy :) no hassle full install

I dealt mainly with Joe but was contacted by a few different people from the company. All these people who contacted me were professional and helpful, all with different areas of expertise.

As it is a younger company I requested a reference from another customer, they were so quick to get that sorted which was such a bonus. When speaking with the customer, they had nothing but praise for the company and said how easy they had found the process.

I didn’t understand all of the numbers and measurements at first, as a result I was led by the experts on the matter. They made it simpler to understand and explained fully how to get the best out of the app when the install was complete.

They completed the quote from an aerial image of my home and did the valuations online, far different to anything anyone else was offering and it made it so much more convenient for me.

One thing that really shocked me was the install time and getting it up and running. Once the solar panels were delivered it took no longer than 5 hours to fit to front and back of the property.

Another thing I was unaware of was I was given a free upgrade. I was quoted to receive 420W panels but they delivered and fitted 430W panels resulting in my generation of power being far higher.

I have recently been in contact with the company regarding their views to adding a wind turbine with my current inverter. They were very honest and said they cannot fit these just yet, but are working towards this. I am so satisfied with their work and capabilities that I am happy to wait until they can fit one for me.

Its not very often I feel strongly enough to leave a glowing report but my experience with e-gener8 was excellent from start to finish. Not only were they the cheapest of 4 quotes for solar system installation, the specification of the system was also excellent as was communications throughout the quotation, ordering & installation process. The scaffolding team arrived on the specified days for erection & removal and worked very quickly on both days. The installation team arrived promptly, worked with speed & efficiency and completed almost all of our installation in 1 day. The remaining part and handover was completed early the following day and I am thrilled with the quality of the workmanship, performance of the system & the App for monitoring & control, its brilliant!! Its so refreshing to feel this pleased with a company and the finished product, I would highly recommend to anyone considering a solar system installation.
