EPM sent a plumber the same day to replace a sink plug. It was a quick and efficient service, including going out to buy the type of plug I requested.

I had an issue with a bathroom lighting circuit that showed itself on a Thursday night. I called EPM on Friday morning and Tim arrived that afternoon to check out the fault and make everything safe. A great speedy response and put my mind at rest over the weekend until he returned with more time to resolve the fault in full. Would recommend

Fitted a new shower head, cable and holder - excellent service. Booked in in the morning and fitted by 2pm, can’t fault them!

The whole service was excellent - from speaking with Grace on the phone, receiving estimates and support with what we needed via WhatsApp, the promptness of the appointment booking and the efficiency of the actual appointment.

EPM responded to my call quickly and arranged for an electrician to visit the next day, following a power cut due to rat damage to cables. However although he identified that both ring mains were affected, he did not have the necessary test equipment and was unable to restore power, A second electrician (Mark) came the next day, proved to be very competent, and was able to restore power and identified necessary further work. This was to provide a permanent power cable to the boiler to replace his temporary solution. This was achieved a few days later by a third electrician. Overall, EPM has a good number of tradesmen to call on and can respond quickly, although abilities may vary. The office staff are good and keep customers informed. Their charges are explained clearly in advance and seem fair and reasonable.

Professional courteous and friendly service from start to finish. The problem has been solved and the quote given over the phone was accurate.

EPM were fantastic. Came out with 48 hours of me placing a call. Very supportive and understanding on the phone. Quick response time and and excellant service when the eletrician came. He performed a detailed inspection and communicated exactly what he was doing with all his checks. Highly recommend for a quick, friendly and professional service.

The plus points were availablity and completion of job. The negatives from my perspective were the plumber arriving without the parts for the job which had been clearly described in advance and the labour charges which resulted from having to fetch parts, some time sat in the van and some more time sat in the van when the billing software wasn't working. Complaining got me nowhere. Ok had already noted that they charged for 2.5 hours labour when their meter said 2 hrs 50. The job was a simple one and could be completed in under an hour .There was also extra wallpaper damage to the kitchen due to water from above when the initial fix failed. I won't use again.

I used EPM for an emergency plumbing job, the office staff were polite, understanding and helpful. The engineer came quickly and got the job done efficiently all whilst being friendly and polite. They will be my first call for any future problems.

First class service, efficient local maintenance team. Nothing is to much trouble. jobs completed to a high standard.

The guy arrived promptly and was pleasant and personable. The work was done in a professional manner and I was completely happy with what he did. He also had a card reader which made it easy to pay straight away.

We have reason to use Epm’s services on a regular basis, and invariably we are impressed, but in our experience the most impressive thing about epm is Grace, she knows exactly what is going on at any one time, she is truly the Captain of the ship.

i rung epm early monday morning were very polite and said that they could be at my address that pm gave a time and Chris who came was here when they said. i could not find a fault in workmanshp and chris himself very professional this whole experience with epm from office staff andchris were brilliant

We needed a plumber at short notice and Stephen Joyce came on the same day. He was efficient and skilled and solved our problem immediately.

Everything worked well - from the initial contact via the office right through to the engineer Chris carrying out the work in a friendly and competent manner. We only had the lights replaced in the lounge and kitchen but I would have no hesitation in recommending EPM for any electrical work.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Work completed on time and on schedule. Very efficient to book in the work and completed promptly without any delay.
