Don’t buy from this site! I ordered a sound bar - money taken and order email received but then nothing. No answered emails, no answered phone calls and no sound bar - AVOID!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM!
Bought and paid for some items. 2 weeks later, nothing has arrived and I cannot get hold of the company either on the phone or via email. I've looked them up on Companies house and it looks like they've been struck off.
UPDATE - As you'll see below, they've responded to my bad feedback by saying they've refunded me (first communication I've had from them since placing the order, despite many attempts to contact them. Funny that!). It's 4 days since they posted that response and I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I’ve not heard anything about my order, with no answers to my messages and it’s been weeks. No one answers the phone. These guys are a scam. AVOID

Ordered and paid for item in May. Got a confirmation followed by an email saying it’s out of stock and not being made anymore so won’t be back. Was offered a replacement part and a refund of difference which I agreed to. Took about 4 months to get the part. Despite repeated emails I still don’t have my refund of price difference nearly 8 months later. All communication being ignored and meanwhile the original item is still showing as in stock and available to buy on the website site. Avoid! Man owes me money.

I do not think that taking money from people for items that are not in stock is a good business practice, for a variety of reasons. However, when I pointed this out and asked for a refund, I got an almost immediate reply by email and the refund was actioned straight away - although it didn't arrive in my credit card account for a while, which is standard protocol, but annoying. Funny how the money goes out of one's account straight away but not back in. Hmmmm. But that is not the fault of the supplier. All in all, inconvenience, time wasting and loss of capital to spend for a week or two - which I could have done without. Check the items are in stock before you buy would be my suggestion.

After ordering, only one email came with confirmation and nothing else. No delivery, no contact, no replying for emails, no answer to phone.

Zero comunication for first free weeks.No answer to landline secretary phone.No answer to email.luckly contact on whatsApp and refund promised.Another two weeks and nothing.Have to ask if need bank to get involved and have answer they lost supplier and recive refund in next 4 days.Item is still avaible on they site.Hori steering wheel do not buy as these is not in stock.Ordered same item on ebay and recived nex day.

I have had no notification as to when I will receive the products I purchased and they have taken my money. I emailed and made three phone calls and no response. I received an email on the day of purchase saying my order was being processed, and that was 8 days ago. They could at least give me an idea when I will received the products. I am worried though if I will receive the product that I purchased on behalf of someone else who trusted me with nearly two hundred pounds.

I placed an order with them for 2 amps and then I needed to cancel the order, I tried calling them and using the online form with no luck, However once I contacted them with whatsapp the whole cancellation was dealt with and a refund was issued without any issue, this would have been a 5 star review but as the title says the communication isnt great.

Will take your money, give you no response. Won’t issue refund and doesn’t actually send you products. It’s a fruad company. Use polar not these scammers.

Very bad experience, minimal contact on whatsapp and no effort to provide me with an update of my order.

I cancelled an order shortly after making it online. The refund took over a month to come through. The seller initially responded to some e-mails, then said they mistakenly hadn't processed the refund and would do so. The seller then completely ignored my last four e-mails. In the end I had to get my bank involved to claim the money back.

Don't place order on this website. You won't get any guarantee:

1.You won't get guarantee of delivery time: I placed order on 14th April and finally get the goods after two weeks waiting.

2.You won't get guarantee of response: I contacted the seller several times to get a single response. Because he/she is out of office. As a customer, you need to match the seller's timetable. What a joke.

3. The seller isn't honest: When I tired of waiting and want to cancel my order. The seller lied to me that it has been shipped. I asked for track number, the seller can't give it to me. The reason is he/she is out of office again. The truth is he/she did not delivery it at all.

4. You don't have guarantee of return: The seller does not accept returns even if the goods are unopened.

Great comms, the item I ordered had been discontinued and this was sorted perfectly. Very quick delivery and just in time for a session. Will be using EARF again!
