Made to feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Very knowledgeable and happy to give advice, suggest what might be the best course of action etc. having had issues in past years having my ears syringed I was a tad concerned, but no need to be here. Despite having to use some water as well as micro suction I had no issues. The water is very gentle compared to previous experiences at the doctors & I would be happy to have the water used again. It kinda tickles a bit!
Cannot fault the service I received and will definitely go back if the need arises.

Small but well equipped consultation room. Friendly greeting, attentive and professional consultation. Speedy identification of problem and remedy. Reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Friendly and welcoming staff as soon as you walk threw the door clean and well maintained work place, talked me threw my ear cleaning procedure whilst filling out a few details then cleaned my ears was fast and pain free lovely staff would reccomend Earful to anyone who needs there ears cleaning 10/10 service.

Highly recommended, after weeks of feeling uncomfortable and my right ear feeling blocked. I tried different ear drops, I decided to seek professional help so I contacted Earful in college street. After my visit and removal of paper tissue which I used in trying to remove wax build up. Ray, removed large deposits of paper tissue and wax. My hearing has been restored 100%. A big thank you to Earful.😊

Had me ears cleaned today and couldn’t be happier with the experience, Ray gave me all the information needed before and after the procedure and was barely half an hour. Highly recommend

Went to earful today to have my fathers hearing tested and had great service here from Monum she was really helpful and gave some great advice
The hearing aid are very pricey but you do get a 5 year service warranty and free hearing tests
Would definitely recommend

Rang up Friday morning for an appointment asap as my ears were blocked with a build up of wax. I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and got me an appointment by 9.30am same day. The experience I had was painless and very professional. I saw a guy in the St Helens branch who was great (sorry forgot his name) but within half an hour he had the both cleared and my hearing was back to being crystal clear. Great service and would highly recommend this company. Excellent

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a lovely young lady called Amy.
She explained what would happen and how it worked.
The job was done very efficiently and cleanly, I was impressed and will use again if ever necessary.

My appointment was at 4.15 pm today .
The nurse made me feel at ease and talked me through the treatment. She was very kind and gentle during the procedure.
She was very thorough and excellent at her job .Thank you so much nurse I can now hear again .I highly recommend this service and the staff are wonderful.
