great variety of food
We had so many different types of foods which were amazing. The only thing was most of the veg when I cut into them they were mouldy inside. Other than that, great variety of food

Excellent bread box!
My Earth and Wheat box was top-notch. Loads of really useful, fresh, delicious bread with a good variety of types. My delivery arrived the day after I ordered and the price including delivery is excellent. I will surely order again soon!

Not impressed by the choice of bread…
Not impressed by the choice of bread type products. No wholewheat items at all. Will be pausing my subscription.
Also the box was completely flattened on one side. Collapsed and the pancakes were ruined. Shoddy delivery

We are deeply sorry that your box was damaged and pancakes. Our customer service team will reach out to you on this matter.
Regarding the variety of breads and no wholemeal in your box. Due to the nature of our mission, we cannot guarantee boxes will contain wholemeal breads. All breads are rescued on the day of dispatch and therefore we can only rescue from what is being produced on the lines.
Once again, apologies for this and thank you for being a valued customer.

Wasn’t very impressed with the box
Wasn’t very impressed with the box. Totted up the products in the box and could have purchased locally for the same if not cheaper price. Considering they are supposed to be waste products, they weren’t a bargain!!
Spoke to the company and got £2.50 off my next box, but don’t think I’ll go for another box.

It is true, we might not always beat supermarket prices. One major reason for this is that we must consider all the behind-the-scenes costs that go into our boxes includes most of the logistical costs of organising and packing your box in our prices that aligns with our food waste mission.
Our breads are rescued fresh from the production lines and packed same day for next day delivery, giving you bit extra quantity of delicious freshly baked breads at your doorstep, many of which supermarkets cannot provide.
This also includes a meal donation through UK charities for those in need with every box rescued.
Our product descriptions pages provide all the details including the approx., weight of the boxes and the potential list of items it will contain.

Boxes great delivery poor
I liked the boxes themselves, however I didn’t like the fact the delivery driver left my order in the rain and it arrived damaged squashed and wet! Then I tried to contact you online and no one got back o me and so I emailed and still no response, I would have continued my subscription had someone got back to me

They have stated that the box was delivered promptly on your doorstep and you were present on your door to receive it, also the box looks completely fine in the delivery image.
They cannot find any email from your registered email id with E&W that is danagutsell69@hotmail.com, Our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly to assist you and find out if you used any alternative email to contact them.
However, your feedback is valuable and will be forwarded to the team for the review.

Great customer service. Really like the concept of reducing food waste and this is a great way to help! Food was delivered promptly and fresh with a lovely recipe card to help use the food too.
