I would avoid using this company.

I'd just like to be clear that I have not used their services, but after one phone call, I would NEVER use this company. I'm not sure whether they are subcontractors or not, but their website certainly doesn't portray what they actually offer.

Firstly, they claim to have 45 branches around the UK. They might, but I'm not sure.

Secondly, according to their website, they CLAIM to be open 7 days a week. This is crap. I called them to book an appointment for today (Sunday). After giving the person my postcode, the person I spoke to said, "There are no available appointments for today." It was only after asking her very simple questions that she told me that they are closed on a Sunday.

In reality, they are only open to recieve calls during the times on their website.

Thirdly, and this is the crazy part, when I chose the branch closest to me, I was told that they were only open for 2.5 hours on the Monday. Then 3 hours on a different day. I then asked about a different branch and got the same kind of reposnse. Different times on different days.

HOW CAN ANY BUSINESS ONLY BE OPEN FOR 2.5 HOURS ON A MONDAY???

How about being honest on your website as to what you actually offer?

I booked today at 10 a.m. an appointment for my right hand ear wax removal and got it for 11 a.m. at King Cross location. Very easy to book and straight forward. Muhammad attended me at 11 o'clock, no delay. The experience has been very good with no pain. Muhammad has been professional and friendly explaining me all the steps of the process.
The price is also very good.
I recommend earwax.org.uk (Muhammad/ King Cross branch)for a professional and easy procedure.

Made an appointment and paid for online only to turn up and the appointment was not booked. Absolutely useless. Want my money back

Great service, no problems, removed wan build up in both ears in around 15 mins. And cheaper than other nearby clinics.

Muhammad Aiwass, at Twickenham, King Street branch, did a great job for my ears. The microsuction is way ahead of the old syringing I had before and elsewhere. He is a cheerful fellow - he showed me the excavations - and is full of advice. Recommended.

Cancelled appointment with no email or text. Only a random missed call from an 03 number. Absolute amateur operation, avoid like the plague

I had an appointment in Reading for Microsuction with Pranto Sorka.
Pranto was friendly and very gentle and informative.
He checks your ear health pre-treatment and explains each stage of the treatment, before he carries it out.
Microsuction was a great success my hearing is fully restored and Tinnitus seems to have gone Completely painless and comfortable. The whole thing probably lasted 15 minutes.
Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend Pranto.

I saw Pranto Sorka after years of suffering at the GP who only offered irrigation for wax removal. By comparison this suction treatment was painless and Pranto’s knowledgeable guidance gave me confidence. The procedure was quick and painless, unlike my experience at the NHS GP. Very appreciative for this service being available.

Had my earwax removed in Reading. I got an appointment within 24 hours (with Specsavers or Boots it's usually 1-3 weeks). Pranto Sorka seemed to me very professional, did a good job, gave me useful advice. And it was even a bit cheaper than other places.

Had a terrible experience with this company, went to get my ear wax removed and because the wax wasn’t solid enough they couldn’t remove it (still paid the £50 fee under the promise of a free follow-up).

Back from my holidays I call for the follow up and they say NO because it has been more than 15 days (this never came up in conversation before the payment).

Absolutely unprofessional so first they DON’T do their job but still charge the fee and then REFUSE to actually do their job the second time.

Will NEVER go back again, unethical and unprofessional.

I felt scammed, avoid at all costs.

Sad to see some health practises doing this just to get more money from people with issues.

Abi got rid of my clogged up earwax quickly and painlessly, using some sort of new-fangled suction treatment. It worked better than the suction treatment I had in the past and got rid of ALL the wax at once, in both ears!
It's a nice walk up to Putney on the New King's Road, which made my day a bit better too!
