There are times in our life where through certain circumstances our car just won’t do the job, sometimes you need that extra chunk of space of getting something from A to B and this is the time when you need to hire a van. It maybe the fact you have scooped up an amazing eBay bargain only to realise that it is collection only and the pure size of it, whether it be a five seater corner couch or a fully constructed train set won’t quite fit on the backseat or the boot of the car, then it is vitally important that you seek out cheap van hire to get the job done. Read on their website that they specialise in vans for motorbike transportation but was refused as the bike to pick up is 300 miles away. Complete waste of time, can’t even use their vehicles within uk due to limitations.

Easihire Wolverhampton Parkfield Road

Easihire Wolverhampton Parkfield Road. 5 Star from start to finish. I was severely let down by enterprise who are a dreadful company but the two guys at Easihire saved the day. I highly recommend this branch they had a van next day ready and waiting. Extremely customer friendly. Loved the dog and both guys excellent. Keep up the good work. Will only ever use this branch from now on. Many thanks.

Great team who saved the day for us!

I cant thank the guys enough for their help on Saturday. We had been let down by 2 other hire companies and were moving that day and they sorted us out in a 10minute phone call.
Friendly accommodating cant praise them enough

EasyHire Broxburn : Exellent Van, good price, and professioanl service

Hired an excellent clean LWB WW Crafter Hightop H form EasiHire based in Broxburn.

I got this at an excellent price. Aisha and Ted fully brefed me and was handed a clean, new 24 plate Van.

Professional and with a wide array of hire vehicles from smart campers and people carriers at very reasonable price after enquiring, my aim is to hire one for the NC 500 route after the turn of the year.

5 stars.

Excellent service

Excellent service, friendly staff and a very clean van with no problems - recommended. The guys where so helpful when a competitor let us down last minute even bumping us to a free upgrade from start to finish nice easy process. Looking to return to hire a camper van soon :) Thank you

Nightmare from start to finish - don't expect your £1.5k deposit back quickly either!

From start to finish, the experience we encountered with this company was extremely poor.
Firstly, they are extremely disorganised and inefficient - they advise you that your van is available for hire from 10am but they also advise every single one of their customers the exact same time. So, when you turn up, you have to wait your turn. We lost an hour hanging around as they also took photos whilst you were there rather than having all these done in advance - more of the customer's time wasted and the impact this had was that we ran out of time and were only able to do one trip to our storage unit. We have been up and down using our own petrol and car all week to take the rest of our things.
Secondly, and quite importantly, they did not notify us when we first phoned to book the van that we would need to pay a £1,500 deposit. This is a substantial amount of money and there should have been some notice. We are fortunate enough to have this available in our savings but it's not ideal to part with such an unexpected high amount of money when you're in the process of moving house. "You'll get it refunded in 3-5 working days" they said. Not true! We still don't have the money back in our account but, because they claim the issue is with "World Pay" there's nothing they can do. We are moving house tomorrow minus £1,500. Now we're being told it will be 2 weeks until we receive this. Not at all acceptable. They said they can offer us 10% off if we book with them again - well, that will NOT be happening. We asked if they can give us 10% of this awful experience - of course, that was a 'no'.
To add insult to injury, it's no better organised when you RETURN the van. Again, all customers must return the van by 10am so the vans are queuing up to get into the forecourt and you can't get in the queue without blocking off the main road, so you have to drive around until other vans move. And then you're sat in the waiting room whilst the receptionist runs around stressed having to deal with around 5 people waiting to return their vans. Another half an hour of our lives that we'll never get back.

The name of this company would be laughable if we weren't so fed up! There is NOTHING easy about Easihire and if, like us, you're already stressed with the logistics and time constraints of moving house, take our advice and go to a more reputable company.

Great customer understanding and flexibility

Great customer understanding and flexibility resolving issues. 1500 deposit was very high and vehicle was a little tired but did the job, day hire price reflected value with bluelight card discount. Friendly staff, would use again, thanks JC

Preston branch great again but !!

Preston branch great again, except take £200 deposit, to be returned in a couple of days…. Van returned and now been in twice, no money returned yet 8days later.

Back there on Monday if money not in my bank account …. They can pay cash !!!

Oh on a side note only 150miles a day limit…. Not so good when your gig is over 100 miles away. No way to go over etc. gave gig up costing me money,

Scam Warning!!! Easihire Glasgow

I decided I did not need the extra insurance to cover the £1500 excess I would have to pay in the event of ANY CLAIM!
On collecting the car, which to be fair was nice and easy, I had the hard sell of what would happen if any damage happened EVEN IF DONE BY A THIRD PARTY. This felt like I was being set up so started to record on video the car check.
On my return the nice chap who was driving the shuttle bus took the form to check over the vehicle. No sooner that he started, another young man came out and went straight to the windscreen to identify a chip, almost invisible to the eye, UNLESS YOU KNEW IT WAS THERE.
Then he started what sounded like a well rehearsed argument that I signed to say I had checked the vehicle and and that the damage had not been marked on the form. Lucky for me I had video, showing that the chap who did the check at collection had not noticed the damaged glass. This went on for a while and the manager came out to check. I videotaped him searching for the damage and eventually he had to be shown. When they looked back over previous rentals, it was confirmed that the damage had not been noticed. I was told that no further action would take place and signed the sheet, noting that the new damage was now marked for future customers.
Had I not videotaped this I would have had to pay £1500, which was already blocked on my card for 28 days!
This was an open attempt at embezzling money from me and completely killing what had been a very nice holiday in Scotland.
I am still nervous about what other ways they will attempt to charge me and am making a video to share everywhere I can to warn others to take out the extra insurance cover if offered when booking online.
Legal proceedings may be underway with the evidence I have too.

Easi hire Wigan

Doesn’t even deserve one star tbh
Booked 9 seater online phoned EASI HIRE WIGAN to tell them on way travelled from salford to be told They may not have one took our name for booking ref after jiggling things about agent said yes we can do it got there to be told on desk if you are not from wigan postcode you cant hire it ??? Furious is an understatement an hr and half in rush hr traffic to get there so could start holiday early , also told they have a 500 mile limit on all vehicles , we would have paid extra for extra miles as going to Scotland but not offered the option . Wouldnt touch this company unless you want to waste your time … now cost us more to hire elsewhere and lost a days holiday not happy .
