First I bought a DNT Zulus last minute for my son and it was here the next day! Then I wanted a new thermal add on and was about to spend a lot of money, spoke to Sam and he advised differently and spent less and got a better product. Excellent advice, top service lovely man to do business with. Buy from Sam!

He took the time to talk me through the various options in detail and at no point was there any pressure to make a purchase. He even went back to the manufactures to check and confirm certain things for me, all of which was done without hesitation.
His prices were the best available and placing the order was quick and easy. I had the tracking information with hours of placing the order and received the parcel the next morning.

Ordered a scope online, within ten minutes I had a call from Sam who apologised and said that this scope was out of stock, he immediately offered the next model up at the same price, no fuss.
He messaged me the tracking details a couple of hours later and it's just arrived in the post 24hrs later.

After a quick phonecall I ordered some binoculars which were out of stock elsewhere. I had previously checked they were listed as a Zeiss dealer. I was sent an image of the package and postage label to to enable tracking and the parcel arrived next day. The person I spoke to could not have been more helpful and the binoculars (8x32 Conquest hdx) were competively priced.
